I had a discount code for a free swaddle and only had to pay shipping. After a month, I still hadn’t received the swaddle so I contacted customer service inquiring about the order status. I confirmed my address and that I still wanted the swaddle. They then refunded the shipping charge and have not responded since.
I made an order on 2/10/25 ship to New Orleans. the package has not updated since 2/14 in lag Vegas. Tried to contact customers service for more than a few week, waiting a month for the package and never received the package. The customer service never responded me, only asked me confirming my address then no more response! Very disappointed the customer service and little unicorn.
Purchased a baby seat cover for delivery, it was delivered to the wrong address and customer service refused to help.
We received an incredibly cute and plush toddler towel for a baby shower gift as it was on our registry. A few months in, all the corners are frayed and have developed holes in them. It’s not been used much, washed on cold delicate and dried on low per the directions. Not pleased and don’t recommend.
