Ordered a mattress on 16th June. Received a confirmation email with an order number. Never received a mattress. Emailed and phoned them repeatedly with no response to emails or voicemails. Eventually used my credit card chargeback option and had an email this week to say that they are challenging it?! I literally never received my order so it's pretty cheeky to try and pretend that you sent it and challenge the chargeback. I notice there are responses to reviews on here claiming they've been victim of a website cloning incident. That doesn't explain why your phone is never answered unless that incident included taking ownership of the phones and all your social media...

Delivery was very delayed, wrong items delivered. No tracking info for package. James tried to remediate (thank you), but still not resolved. It’s been over 2 months. Follow up has been very slow.

Avoid!
We placed an order on the 14th June which was expected to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. We have heard nothing from them despite attempting to contact them via phone (including voicemail), email, Facebook messenger and even directly messaging the owner on LinkedIn. I've requested a chargeback from my credit card company and reported them to Trading Standards.

Absolute scam. Didn't receive my order, sent several emails but no response, called but nobody ever picks up and left several messages.
Order was placed 9th of June and not even an email.

DON'T BUY - They are a fraudulent business that take your money and don't deliver.
I've placed an order on 16 June and a subsequent order for aprox 2 k, as they were recommended suppliers of Oliver's furniture. I've emailed, called multiple times and left voicemails for the past two weeks but no response. I've contacted them on socials but still nothing. I could have been understanding if I was kept up to date with any delays and the fact they claim to be a family business, but total silence. They are clearly a fraudulent business and the best thing you can do is get your money back if you've already fallen in their trap & report them to Trading Standards. This will stop them operating in the future.

After we confirmed the delivery date, there were no response or update on whether if we would receive our order on time or not.

Great communication. Fast delivery. The small double was probably the easiest piece of furniture I’ve put together - I’ve put a lot together! Daughter absolutely loves it. Highly recommend!
Is this business legitimate?
After an easy ordering process and a friendly call with someone at Little Snoozes that confirmed a delivery date, we have not heard back from the business. Two weeks after the delivery date has come and gone and no response to multiple emails and calls.

Good service after all!
I bought an Oliver furniture wardrobe from Little Snoozes. The delivery times for this was 2-3 weeks, confirmed by email by the company. But it longer than that. In the meantime I tried to contact them via phone and email with no much success. Eventually when they received my wardrobe I got a call from James and finally got booked in for the delivery, which was quite last minute. The delivery was on time and the assembly of the wardrobe was very quick and amazingly done. They were also very friendly! Very good service!
I think it’s a small company and they take more time to respond, so maybe they need to improve their customer attention. Other than that, I am pleased I chose them in the end!
