Sick of editing my first review so thought I’d write a new one seeing as they have asked for a review into the way they’ve handled my complaint.
51 days since I placed my order for a First Christmas 2025 bauble for my new Grand daughter to gift to her parents. I have refused a replacement since they admitted that it was unfortunately lost even though they said I could have one at NO EXTRA CHARGE!
I explained that the moment has passed, it’s no longer my granddaughter’s first Christmas and it is no longer 2025 and have asked multiple times for a full refund.
They have not given me one, do not look as if they are going to and all I have heard is them asking how they faired dealing with my complaint!
Absolutely disgusting dishonest company who will not take responsibility other than offer a free replacement. I do not want a replacement I want a refund!
