After I made an error in ordering when I missed adding delivery they responded promptly to my emails, quickly rectifying the problem and upgrading to next day delivery to ensure I received it in time for the end recipients birthday. My sister in law loved the bracelet which came beautifully gift wrapped. Her comments after opening it “Omg this is spectacular. I love it, the little charms are so me. 🥰 Thank you so much guys, i love it.”

Heart memory necklace. Arrived beautifully wrapped. Sadly I had to attempt to open it without damaging it to check it was all ok as it was a gift. And then wrap it up again as nicely as I could(it didn’t look quite as good though).It is beautiful. Larger and heavier than expected but still gorgeous. I ordered 7 charms as was told the heart would take 6-7 but easily could have added 1or 2 more. Delivery took a little longer than expected but pleased with product.

I ordered 2 key rings for the 1st time for mothers day gifts. What can I say? They are absolutely adorable. I received a email asking if I would like them to put the charms in or me, I thought that email was very lovely and thoughtful as most company's would just pack it and send it, what a lovely touch. When they were delivered today they were each wrapped in gorgeous tissue paper which is also a lovely touch. They look so adorable on a keyring. Im sure both keys will be cherished. Might even send my kinds the link as a hint 🤪
