The jacket I ordered was beautiful but I ordered the wrong size. Unfortunately I when I returned it, it was sold out. Customer services contacted me really quickly to let me know and apologise. You don’t get that sort of communication with large companies, it was nice to be dealing with a small, family run company who value their customers.

Have bought a few things from this company and very pleased so far. Reasonably priced and delivery time good.

I ordered a lamp in April 2024. Very happy with quality. However had an issue with the lamp 10 months later. Contacted customer services and they were very helpful and supplied a new lamp to me. Great service thank you.

We ordered a beautiful colour changing moon night light for our daughter. Very happy with the product and the quick delivery.

Would recommend this cordless contemporary touch table lamp
. Is ideal for my son who can use it next to his bed or on his study desk without any wires .
Although it was shipped from China the tracking link kept me informed of the progress which was very helpful

Coffee machine that you put water into, for kids to pretend ‘make coffee’. My daughter has had fun making her family members a little take-away coffee, popping its lid on, matching it with a cake or doughnut and charging money for it (on her till section of the toy)

Lovely and soft sheets that not only look good but also wash well and come in a good range of colours. They are reasonably priced and I really could not ask for more.

The jackets I got for my little granddaughters are beautiful, so cute and pretty and the girls loved them. They were exactly like the picture. Excellent service too.

Misleading company , items are ordered from China and are not in UK something that was not mentioned.
Delivery time is not mentioned too when ordering. Assuming that it was delivering within the UK , 3-4 days would be more than enough . It is 10 days and still waiting. Never again with this company.

To little jax: where while ordering do you mention that items can take up to 14 days to be delivered? Where while ordering do you mention that items come from China?

I am so delighted with my purchase from Little Jax!! My Luxury Chic Wedge Pillow has greatly improved my overall comfort levels when wanting to sit up in bed and chill on my phone and when wanting to also read magazines & books. Not great. This was the second pillow we ordered about a year apart. The quality of the second pillow was better than the first, but it took almost two weeks to arrive and I couldn’t get a reply from the seller. My tracker also showed that the product comes from China. If I had known, I could have ordered the product from a Chinese reseller at half the price. As a consumer, I also want to know if we are shipping products from the other side of the world. I wouldn’t use again.

Ordered the pillow and it took ages to come and then it was absolute rubbish. Cheap and nothing like the picture avoid at all costs.

Bought back cushion shown with integral neck cushion came in separate parts. Cheap and nasty paid way over the value + came from China which wasn’t clear on website. Advise avoid at all cost
