Little Imps Toyshop Reviews

I didn’t know someone who ran a toy shop could be so miserable and appear not to actually like kids at all. The toys are fantastic but wouldn’t spend my money in this shop.

Had to return a doll it's woollen hair was coming off and thought it wasn't safe after all for my grandson. After emailing the shop I paid 4.75 to return the doll that was 3 weeks ago they've still not emailed me back or refunded me my money back terrible customer service

Great toys, awful service. I've visited fhis store on numerous occasions and find the woman to be miserable, uncommunicative and disinterested. It makes the whole experience somewhat lacklustre given that it's such a small space. I would have hoped someone that had a vague interest in children and smiling would open a shop like this. Would rather support one of the other fun and welcoming small businesses.

Order never comes, does not respond to emails, waste of time trying to get your money back

This Toyshop in marvelous, its the best toyshop we have found in the Southwest and the best shop in Glastonbury. Staff were really helpful and we bought a great wooden pirate ship for our grandson.

I'm very happy in doing business with Little Imps. Good item, good price and excellent service. Many thanks.

My purchase was as described ,and was packaged so no damages in the post ,I have had this issue before with other companies . I was delighted .

Full of lovely ideas, lots of really 'different' toys - all well stocked, clean, tidy and well presented. The web site is fantastic, very clear and easy to use (the virtual tour looks magical!) This is by far the best toy shop I've ever seen.

Little Imps is the best toy shop I have been in! (and having 4 children I have been in a few!!) The range of toys is excellent! Wonderful, long lasting wooden toys, beautiful baby gifts, a good selection of interesting and different games and a FAB pocket money section!
The staff are friendly and helpful and it is always a pleasure to visit this lovely shop.

This shop is a true gem in the heart of Somerset. It is a place of wonderful, good quality toys that delight not only children, but also adults. You can see that time and care is taken in sourcing every item in this shop. There are lots of trusted, high-quality brands and an overflow of wooden toys - that will last a lifetime. Supporting this shop means that you are not only supporting an independent toy shop, but also supporting the art of toy making, and the the environment. I can assure you, whether you visit the shop or order online, you will not be disappointed.

Brilliant selection of unusual and interesting toys for all ages- I've bought for my kids, gifts for their friends and even some fun novelty items for adult friends!!
The owners have been quick to respond to any queries I've had (like age suitability and/or recommendations) and everything has arrived swiftly, without any issue at all.
I can and have happily recommended this site to many friends, and it's been a godsend for multiple purchasing (like Christmas) when you need lots of presents for both genders of varying ages!!

I absolutely love Little Imps, it is full of such a beautiful range of toys to suit every age and budget. All of the toys are of the highest quality, gorgeous designs, beautiful fabrics... it is often difficult to decide just what to buy, I would buy them all if I could!
The staff are all so helpful if I am ever stuck for ideas too.
It is such a wonderfully unique toy shop and a feast for the eyes, that you just have to go and see it yourself. Oh to be a child again.
Love, love love it.

i ordered a couple of things for my kids and they arrived within 3 days and are just lovely.
very happy and would use this web site again.
in fact i have put my santa order in today.

What a find! A beautiful little toy shop full of proper toys - very refreshing compared to all the plastic film merchandise stuff you find elsewhere. Me and my daughter love to go and look around - the owners are so friendly and helpful - they have kids themselves so have tried a lot of the stuff out and can tell you what maintains their interest.
The window display itself (an amazing hand carved wooden castle) makes it worth a visit - we go whenever we're in the area. We've bought items online too and have found them really reliable and quick - and you know what you're getting is high quality because they properly care about what they're sending you.

We love this little Shop! Full of unique, top of the range goodies that my children just love to spend their pocket money on! None of this ten a penny high street plastic that fall apart as soon as they play with it! It's like an aladdins Cave of interesting, some what educational and down right fun presents to be had! A proper Toy Shop!

Brilliant range of quality toys and games at prices to suit all. The shop is well worth a visit if you are in the area and nothing is too much trouble for the staff both in the shop and on line.

I love shopping here! It has everything a child could want and more! Much better than the ten a penny high street shops!

When we visited this toyshop we were really impressed with the tasteful range of products, the helpful, friendly staff & the sweet characterful building where it's located.
We found exactly what we were looking for in the shop and also bought from their website which offered prompt & good service. Really worth a visit if you're in the area.

I love visiting this shop, there is always something that catches my eye for my grandchildren, with a great choice of toys to interest, educate and amuse. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to help.

Ordered a flying paper helicopter for my 4 yr old son who absolutely loves it. Have since ordered a make it yourself robot kit which was equally as popular. Great service and lovely people. Thank you.
