I ordered a bed for child 10 weeks ago

I ordered a bed for child 10 weeks ago. Website stated that delivery will take between 3-6 weeks, I still haven't received bed !
I have reached out to them 3 times, and every single one of the answered were, that they are awaiting order and it will be sent to me as soon as they will receive it.
Two starts for answering my emails at least, but customer experience overall - very low.

Misleading: Selling Polish goods at double price as ‘Scandinavian’

I bought a climbing ladder from Little Hugs, thinking it was a Scandinavian-designed product called “Rib Pure.” But when it arrived, I realized it was the exact same product sold by RinaGym, a Polish company — same design, same packaging, shipped from Poland — just sold here for almost double the price under a different name.

There’s no mention of the real manufacturer on the website, and the way the product is branded makes it look like something local or exclusive. When I contacted support, they just said it’s normal to rename products and didn’t seem to care.

Tip: Before you buy, try searching for the same product images online — you might find the original for much less.

No customer service reply

No customer service reply since 10 days.

I am cancelling the order, and haven’t heard back since then. No response to my messages. Worst customer service I dealt with since a long time.

I just hope that they don’t deliver, now after reading all the bad reviews here.

Almost sounds like a scam.

Super nice product despite the long…

Super nice product despite the long delivery time. Please make sure you look at their product delivery details before placing an order. There are long delivery and fast delivery products. I happened to order a long one and only saw the delivery time after placing the order. Despite my frustration, the customer service responses where quite quick and the product arrived without issues right in time as they promised.

Excellent Quality and Customer Service with Læringstårn Leea

I recently bought the Leea Learning Tower and have been thoroughly impressed. The quality is top-notch; it's sturdy, safe for my child, and beautifully designed. It’s clear that this product is made to last, offering great value. I also purchased the Rutsjebane m. talve magnetisk and it’s totally worth it, totally recommend it. My baby boy is having so much fun and he is just 1 year old.

The customer service was just as impressive. The team was responsive and friendly from purchase to post-delivery, making me feel valued. They ensured a smooth transaction and were attentive to my needs, showing genuine care for customer satisfaction.

In short, the Leea Learning Tower is a fantastic buy, combining superior quality with outstanding customer service. Highly recommended for parents looking for a reliable and aesthetically pleasing learning tower for their children.

Great customer service

I bought Kid Wood Sailor Sport set and it arrived pretty quickly. I had to contact customer service to address a difference between website description and the package - the response was very quick and solution very good. Thank you Little Hugs! :)

NO NOT ORDER BEDS.

I ordered a bunk bed from Little Hugs, and after I opened the boxes, nearly all the parts were destroyed.
Not by transportation but before shipment. Some of the the flaws were even tried painting over.

I tried to go into dialogue with their customer service, but the service was not helpful at all. They wanted me to pin point all of the flaws onto the instruction manual, which were impossible to do. I therefore tried to get a small compensation, so that I could fix the damages my self. Not even that would they help with.

They even wanted me to pay to have the bed returned to them.

I am really sorry that I didn't read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering a bed, as it is clear that this is not the first time, they've shipped a destroyed bed.

As we have informed you by email, there have been no damage that has been attempted to be painted over. It is clear that these are picks that have come during transport.

We cannot change our complaints procedure because you think it is extensive to mark in the manual which parts you want new of.
The only thing we've tried is to actually help you, so your review doesn't seem entirely fair.

In relation to the price for returning the bed, this is also stated in our trading conditions.

Ordered a bed

Ordered a bed, received 1 out of 6 boxed destroyed and entered box was tapped with GLS tape. Clearly not the sellers fault, but rather transportation company's. Admin of the store returned the money quickly and helped with find an alternative really quick, which was delivered within 10 days. So nothing to complain about the seller or the product.

Do NOT order their beds!!!

Do NOT order their beds. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Parts are missing for the bed I ordered and I have to wait weeks for the missing parts. But then it turns out that they sent parts I already have *W.T.F???*. So now I have to wait another couple of weeks for the right parts. Amateurs!!! Just moved into my new apartment and my children have nowhere to sleep. Lived in house when I expected to receive the delivery. Now that I live in an apartment, they can no longer deliver to the door. So now I have to carry long heavy ribs all by myself. And apparently that's not their problem.

20% of the order is all they "can" give for all the trouble + scratched parts. And then they say that you can always send the bed back if "it doesn't fit". I have now waited 5 months for this bed and bought custom mattresses that are higher than average as the bed has higher edges. It's not just to return the crap. I deeply regret placing this order in the first place. I will definitely take this further, this is not how you treat a customer. Start doing you f*n job and take some responsibility!!

The parts are produced from scratch and our manufacturers do it as quickly as they can.

As you have also been informed by email, there has been an error on the labels that have been put on the packages you received in the first place.

We would really like to help you carry your boxes up if we had the manpower to do so, but unfortunately this is not the case. Unfortunately, we cannot get GLS to pick up the parcels. They must not.

We have given you 20% off your order so you could find someone to carry the packages for you.

Despite it all, we hope you will be happy with the bed.

A warning

I would like to warn others against purchasing items from this company. I ordered a bunk bed for my children from Little Hugs in the fall of 2022. The delivery took much longer than promised, about three months with a lot of different packages that had to be sent back and forth. Once the bed parts arrived, several of them were damaged and some were the wrong length. We got the bed together in the end, but already after a week or so screws started to come loose.

Despite several contact attempts from my side with pictures and descriptions of what the problem is, I have not received any help or compensation from the company, despite the fact that they promised to get back to me on several occasions.

I’m very sad to hear about this situation!
We unfortunately have had some issues with the large parcels to Sweden, where the transport company have returned packages to us, and we’d then had to send it again. When the parcels are being shipped back and forward, there is a risk of damage, because they are roughly handled by them. That of course shouldn’t happen!

Doesn't worth the money spent

I’ve finally got a chance to write a review about a purchased kid's bed.

So my first impression was very bad because there is no feedback until the bed will be shipped and you don’t really know if it was processed/ordered or what are actual estimates etc., all you have is just a fully charged amount and 28 business days for wait something and you don’t know if you’ll get the bed or you’ll just lose your time and you'll start searching for other options…

When the bed finally arrived me and my daughter were so excited, but my excitement ended when I started unpacking. Each box had bright labels: ‘packed under video monitoring’ and ‘friable’, so I thought that it should be in an ideal state if it would not ship to another country… But no, it was packaged in such a dumb way. Each wooden piece was wrapped in packing tape and that’s it, no styrofoam on the edges of the boxes… as a result, there are a lot of damaged parts which were lying at the edges of the boxes.

Then I started examining the parts and what was a surprise when I notices that the paint layer is so thin that it was not even painted parts fully covered with paint. Seriously? And you even dear add extra cost(around 600DKK) for such a "generous" painting?
Going forward and noticing that some parts have some odd waves and then I see a part that has resin coming out. Seriously? I’m not a furniture maker, but I know that you cannot use non-fully dried wood and if you paint it in the best case resin will only come out but in the worst case, it may change shape a bit and create such odd waves or even completely separate painting from wood.
The parts which were preassembled in a factory don't have a perfect fit, and it could be hidden with paint, but since they are too greedy for paint, so now it’s too noticeable.

In a conclusion, I would like to say that this is the worst ever purchase in my life, and it was not cheap at all I paid around 5000DKK for this “masterpiece” and I should send it back and get a refund. But I didn’t send it back only because we were waiting for too long and my daughter doesn't really care about these things and she loved that bad with a house-like shape as she wanted.
