We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the Becontree Centre. We understand how important it is for children to have an engaging, organised, and supportive environment, and it’s unfortunate that we fell short of these expectations during your son’s session.
Unfortunately, on that particular day, we were understaffed due to the last-minute cancellation of two of our coaches, leaving just one coach to manage a session that typically has three. We know that this impacted the quality of the experience, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this caused.
To ensure this doesn’t happen again, we’ve launched a new recruitment drive to expand our coaching team, which will provide better coverage and support in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
