The Little Conservatory Company built our conservatory and took great care to explain everything and the costs involved, We have Bradstone exterior your home and they chose exactly the correct type to match our house for the base walls. It looks superb. The quality of work done was excellent and would unhesitatingly recommend them.

I used TLCC to demolish and rebuild an ancient conservatory and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. At the design stage they gave plenty of advice without being pushy. The actual build went very smoothly. All the crew clearly take pride in their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As we live in an old Cotswold stone house (1828) choosing the right double glazed design for our 32 sash & casement windows was crucial. The Little Conservatory Co staff were just superb in design advice & the fitting of compatible replacements. And at a good price too, much cheaper than the nationals we had also contacted. Highly recommended.

Unreliable
We had a quote booked in for today at 12.30 for an orangery/extension. My partner and I both took time out of work to make this appointment and nobody turned up. When I phoned, the lady said that they had nothing booked in the diary. This was booked in weeks ago. We will therefore be going elsewhere.
*2 stars given rather than 1 due to the communication up until this point being positive, and the lady on the phone was very apologetic.

I fear there has been some confusion, as I was awaiting for you to confirm that the date and time suggested was acceptable to you.
I am so sorry. This is not the normal level of service I demand from my team, so I am embarrassed that on this particular occasion it is my failing to ensure you were understanding.
I understand that one of my team offered you an appointment for this afternoon, but you declined. I can understand that decision, but I would really like you know that we did try to do everything we could to put things right for you
On this occasion we let you down and for that I can only apologise again.

We are delighted with our new conservatory. All the workmen were polite and very professional. They all created our wonderful new space with minimum fuss. Lovely to deal with. The conservatory is well built and well designed. I got more than I expected and writing this in my new space right now enjoying my first cup of coffee of the day. Very happy. Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. The initial sales enquiry was dealt with professionally and understanding of requirements. Survey was thorough and communication was excellent. When the time for installation came the installers were clean and tidy and produced the product to a great standard. Very happy with all that has been carried out by the Little Conservatory Company and would definitely recommend

Excellent Company
I can't fault this company at all! We had windows fitted in a couple of hours since everything went so smoothly. What's even better is that they were the cheapest in town too. I will be using them again very very soon.
