Ordered a quilt cover set for my daughters 7th birthday on 23rd Dec. Expected it end of December. Waited to follow up till 8th Jan to give time for post Xmas and new year rush and or their break. Item still not fulfilled let alone posted. Zero response on my multiple emails or attempts to chat on their chat service plus on Messenger. Utterly disgraceful. I think I've been scammed ;( and now don't have the very thing my daughter has asked for for her 7th birthday

ordered items. never arrived. attempts to get in contact with the store have failed to provide a genuine answer. they gave some response that my order had been 'damaged in transit'. load of bs. wishing i read all the other reviews before ordering

Do not buy from this company. Ordered and obviously paid for products ... email to say you will receive a despatch email. Nothing nothing and nothing. 3 emails sent, finally found chat to ask questions (gift for special friend) and ...... nothing!!!!
Do not waste your time and money.

Scam! I paid and never received my order, it’s been 3 months! I have tried to contact them numerous times, no response!

Ordered 7th of May 23 Had no delivery and sent many unanswered emails? I have had only one of many chats answered in June to ask for a refund. I was told the item was not avalible and told I would get a refund and still nothing? I have ordered from this company before I don't understand why it is a problem now? Left a 1 star review on the site that didn't get put up so I'm now leaving this review. Don't trust them with your money.

Don't buy from this store - you'll just lose money, peace of mind and time trying to get your order. I still haven't got mine!

Don't fall for the cute items - they are a trap. After paying $10 for shipping with a bill of almost $100 worth of items I am still trying to get the status of the items, part of which were supposed to be delivered 7 days ago. Customer support via chat is unhelpful (only says that order is awaiting to be fulfilled) and available only for 5 hours a day, and you'd be lucky if someone responds to you. In the last 10 days I reached out via chat, I got a response just on two occasions from a human. I should have read other reviews before purchasing from this store.
I am beginning to think that this shop is a scam.

I ordered a Minecraft weighted blanket back in February but when it didn’t arrive I contacted Little Characters and was told the supplier was taking time to source the fabric. I agreed to wait for it and contacted them several times over the next two months for updates but received no response. Eventually, I requested a refund if they could not provide the product. No answer! Finally, I made contact via the chat line and I was promised a refund. When that did not happen, I tried the chat line again. They did not answer or reply by email. Little Characters have taken my money, not provided the goods and have chosen to ignore all attempts at contacting me. I would strongly recommend avoiding them!

Ordered on 4th May with delivery expected 8th - 10th May. No arrival or product and hasn’t even been dispatched. People order products on line, assuming companies are truthful with expected delivery dates.
Really disappointing as this was for my Sons birthday.

Ordered a duvet cover for a nephew in February, still have not received it. No response to Numerous emails, online chat attempts told me their supplier is the problem, still no communication after this after more emails/chat attempts. Absolutely do not buy from this site total scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
My order never came, I had to follow up numerous times. Was told my order was on its way and then 3 days later told it was actually coming from the supplier. They would never respond with any information and only refunded after I told them I had lodged a complaint with Fair Trading and completed a credit card chargeback.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

Never received a confirmation email on order. However money taken from account.
Customer service response a month after order said they would express post. Two weeks later still nothing received.
No longer having any response from company.
Highly likely a scam would stay away from this company.

Pre orded a bag for my son. Waited ages for them to tell they changed supplier's and tried offering me a cheaper bag. I asked for a refund which they promised and claimed to have done. Let me tell you I have not received refund. Customer service is non-existent. I lost money I won't get back. Avoid this company.

I ordered two doona covers for my nephews’ Christmas presents in December 2021. It is September 2022 and they still haven’t arrived, despite multiple emails and promises.

Ordered a weighted blanket for my son on the 24th of July.

Sent 2 emails to customer service department, and asked for an update on their Facebook page, as I paid extra for express shipping.

Never once received any sort of communication, no emails or any response to my queries.

Awful customer service!!!!!

Have requested a refund due to the complete lack of decency from this company.

I ordered on 29th of November. Paid express shipping. Was never advised it was a "pre-order. Nearly impossible to speak to someone from customer service and they just stop answering even though they are still open. I've had parcels shipped and arrive from Ireland and these guys are only in Melbourne. Very disappointing. $80 for a single quilt cover with a 30+ day wait? Would have got something delivered from wish quicker
