Poor customer support and poor shipping company

We got our product but I would not order again with little canadian. Our CAD 750 Stokke chair had a delivery exception and when I reached out to customer support their reply was not helpful at all. The status of the shipment company changed between "out of delivery" and "exception" for a few days and then all at sudden it showed "delivered" without any goods received. Ultimately the product arrived and throughout the entire process the helpdesk support was unhelpful and lacked any demonstration of caring at all about a speedy, satisfactory result.
