I placed an order for a gift box which included a particular candle that I wished to send as a gift. Unfortunately the candle was discounted. Sarah went out of her way to try and source the candle from an alternative supplier. The communication that I had with Sarah was brilliant and I would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you for your personal diligence in promptly dealing with the out of stock and for getting the parcel delivered to me in a quick and safe manner.
