Totally seperate to Hannahs' assistance, the video tutorials are excellent, except they are far too fast. When you are a newbie, you do not have time to follow the instructions

Support was quick to respond to chat. They looked into my issue and stated it would need to be escalated and gave me a timeframe that I would be contacted back. it was a very smooth process.

It's a good platform, easy to navigate, and gets set up. They have a good number of popular e-commerce apps to which they connect. The product syncing is good, and the support team has quickly resolved any open questions or the occasional glitch.

WOW, I have been waiting to find the perfect platform to syn my sales channels and cross list products to different sites. Litcommerce is easy to use, quick and user friendly. I think it might be 10 times better than baselinker. I think it is the best product I have used.
