CAUTION!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!! I ordered two pair of pants and only received one pair. The pair I did receive did not come close to matching the images/description Litchin provides, and the quality was horrendous. When I requested a refund through PayPal, they said I would have to ship the pants back to China in order to get it. Shipping is $60. The pants are worth $30. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT YOU RECEIVE AND THERE IS NO RECOURSE!!!!!

I have the same experience as the previous reviews. Horrible quality and impossible to get money back. I spent $88 and have not be able to get it back.

The quality of the clothing is horrible and cheap! Whats worse is they advertise returns but make it extremely difficult to actually return items. Taking days to reply to emails and asking for ridiculous things like sending videos or pictures of items (after you sent an invoice of order which has pictures of items) to saying ok you can return and not sending return address and then trying to persuade you to keep items and they"ll give you a $5 gift card for your $100 purchase when you ask for return address again.It's a big scam! They send you cheap clothes and make it impossible to return so they keep your money! Will never buy from her again. Here is how they lie and advertise their returns ...

RETURNS

Items purchased from Litchin.com must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from receiving your order. Any order that is initiated after the 30 days period will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our Litchin facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution.

The worst quality ever. The leggings I purchased were supposed to be size M adult (as per their sizing chart), but they barely fit my 10 year old. Unable to get hold of the company. When I tried to dispute the purchase with PayPal they let me know in order to receive my $26.99 back I have to ship the item back to China with tracking number. I'm pretty sure that would cost about the same amount as I was trying to dispute. I strongly recommend for everyone to stay out of this site.

Do not shop this site! I paid $60 for 2 pairs of pants. Took 6 weeks to receive and was so disappointed. I pair was made if thin cheap material. The other pair was completely different material and 3 sizes too big. I emailed them and they want pics and video. took a month to even get a reply from them. I feel I was robbed. Warning every one I know not to use this company. I'm pissssed i cant get my $60 back!!

This is a SCAM!!! They said they have this perfect return policy, then never want to provide refund or shipping label back. Instead they give you a few dollars from their future order, clothes are CHEAP and BAD QUALITY. Also, their support email does not eve exist after a few email exchanges. PayPal did not want to refund my money, even though all conversation was documented. STAY AWAY!!!

The worst product and even worse customer service!!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I ordered from them because they said, “we ship fast” after 3 weeks I contacted them because I hadn’t received my order. They said it “was ready to ship”. I told them to cancel because it had taken too long and I no longer needed them. They refused but told me I could return them as soon as they were delivered. The items finally showed up a FULL MONTH later. I asked to return the items and they replied that it would be beneficial to me to keep them because they would charge me more than I paid to ship them back (my total was $85.46). They offered a $5 gift card, I refused so they offered a $7 gift card. I refused and they just kept emailing daily stating that they wouldn’t let me return the item but they would give me a gift card. Total scam and FYI PayPal didn’t help at all with their false advertising and items not being as described. Last time I use both companies.

The quality is so poor and they will not let you make any returns. I've been emailing with someone for almost a month trying to get an address to return the middle-school home-ec quality leggings they sold to me. Seriously, don't buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! I want to give 0 stars. I purchased leggings in an XL and they fit like an XS. I have purchased leggings from many other online companies and the fit has always been perfect. Unfortunately, I can't return them, because they won't tell me how. I want a full refund and they respond to my emails with is $6 ok and you can keep the pants. When I say no, that a full refund is $55 and I want to return the pants, I get an $8 offer. After many days of going back and forth, they now want to give me $15. What a joke of a company. They are not truly legit! Buyer beware!!!

This company is complete trash. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! The products/clothes are completely falsified and are not even close to they they are pictured to be. I ordered 2 bamboo fabric leggings and the fabric tags on the actual pants show cheap spandex and polyester material. Same with the denim, not even close to denim material. Their refund policy is a complete lie and offered me a refund of only $6 (US) to keep the crap pants....I paid $60 for 2 leggings and $30 for "jeans". I payed through paypal and opened a case with them. Paypal was of no help getting a refund either. I sent this garbage back to them in China and I have pay for the outrageous shipping fees to return the items. And now they won't even respond to my emails. Screw Litchin and screw Paypal!

Update 6/26/2020: I sent the package back just to prove a point after sending them a nasty email, they received it and then they had the nerve to "return to sender" the package back to me. How is this company still advertising on FB and IG?!?!

Agree with others, should get 0 stars. SCAMMER! Never received my order of 2 eco-friendly bamboo leggings. Emails kept me on the hook for 2 months... I've had to go for the credit card claim to recoup my money. Hoping that doing that will flag this company and stop the cycle of them scamming us. STAY FAR AWAY - FAKE PRODUCT!

They sent me crap clothing that looked like a 5 year old sewed it together and will not give me a refund. The leggings I received did not even look like the ones in their description. These guys are scammers. Do not buy from these people you will just be wasting your time & money!

BUYER BEWARE! If you order here you will get a counterfeit product. The real ones are made in Canada. These images are in violation of copyright infringement and are stolen from Public Myth Activewear Inc from the Public Myth dot com.

I want to give them 0 star. The products that we received and the products as seen in photograph are completely different products. And the reviews/ feedback on their page are fake too as I found out. I have received the products and wanted to give the feedback but there are no option to provide feedback. Shame on you Litchin!!

DON'T DO IT!!!!! SCAM. I wish I had come to this site before I ordered. The worst quality ever. The bamboo pants are nothing like they look in the Facebook add. Also, I received an email from the company that my order was being processed three weeks after I received my delivery. When I tried to respond to the email using the link provided, I got an undeliverable response.
