Do not engage with this individual. She is a pathological liar with decades of experience built on lies and deception. Do not leave your poor pets in the care of this individual I dread to think what sort of care she has provided over the years, stay away.
After taking over £2000 as a deposit, Lisa then let me down less than 2 weeks before my holiday claiming that she was in hospital with an infection, yet was advertising on Facebook and Instagram. So far I am yet to receive my deposit back.
Lisa provided outstanding care for my dog, cat and plants while I was away. Her extensive experience as a veterinary nurse is evident in the level of attention and care she offers. My pet was happy, healthy, and well-cared for during her visits.
Lisa's professional and compassionate approach made me feel at ease, knowing my pet was in good hands. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for reliable and loving pet care in Central London.
Lisa is not to be trusted! I really wish I could write a nice review, because I believe Lisa did a good job with our cat. We returned home after a week and found our cat in better spirits than she usually is when we leave for a few days. However, the reason for this 1-star review and why I say she can't be trusted is because Lisa stole over £300 of our personal property. There was also evidence that she (or someone she gave access to) had stayed in our flat overnight, in violation of our agreement of just twice daily visits. We also are not sure of the frequency of her visits. She would send us photos of our cat presumably when she was there visiting, but some photos that were supposedly from a daytime visit were taken in the evening. She had also sent the same photo on two different occasions. We tried to contact her to discuss this matter, but she promptly blocked us on all channels.
