I knew about Lisa long before I joined one of her programs, and after speaking with colleagues and friends who had worked with her, I decided to invest in an Intensive programme, and subsequently joined the 6%.

Since working with Lisa, I have noticed a positive shift in my mindset, belief and work. I believe in myself more, I take myself more seriously and this shows in my work and how I support my clients.

I joined Lisa's Confident Content Creation Course as I knew I needed to level up my socials. What I wasn't expecting was that it would completely change my relationship with it. This has then filtered into my website and Branding.

Digging for the actual answer within and hearing some of the home truths out loud - which is so valuable (couched in a way that has the human touch) knowing Lisa has the best intention with her guidance to draw out your own potential).

Lisa's authenticity and belief (in abundance) of other's value is palpable.

I joined the content creation accelerator because I’ve wanted to work with Lisa for quite a while and this was a great starting point. I thought I’d pick up some handy tips on how to use Instagram better but my god it’s been so much more. Way more than I expected and definitely way more than the £ I paid for it.
I immediately started to action each daily task and it all felt so easy to do. Lisa has a great way of explaining things, it’s definitely a style that works well for me.

The way I look at the content I create now is very different, I had never really given much thought to who my content was actually attracting. Seems so crazy now that it took Lisa’s 10 days of wisdom dropping in to my phone to realise. Actually, I think it took one day.

The price does not reflect what I got from the CCA!!! It has been incredible, eye opening and super fun. The best part ? Now I know that Lisa IS perfect for helping me get these millions of business ideas bubbling in my head out in to the real world and get my business to where I want it to be over the next couple of years.

Honestly?
The last 10 days have completely changed the way I look at my business.
I joined Lisa's Content Creation Accelerator thinking I was going to learn how to write better content.

What I didn't expect was for it to hold up a mirror and show me exactly where I was getting in my own way 😭👏🏼

I've realised that for so long I've been creating from panic.
Posting because I felt like I had to.
Selling because I felt like I should.
Constantly wondering why I was working SO hard but not seeing the results I knew were possible.

Something has shifted!
Learning how to actually communicate what I do in a way that lands. How to stop writing content that sounds nice and start writing content that makes people FEEL. ✨💫🤪🤪

How to tell stories and how to position myself as a leader.

The biggest shift though?
I finally started believing bigger. For the longest time a 1k month felt hard to achieve and a £5-7k month felt like something that happened to other people.
The big coaches.
The people further ahead.
Now? It genuinely feels possible.
Not one day. Not "maybe next year."
CLOSE! Stone throw away! Like I can almost touch it and taste it 👅
And that feeling alone has been priceless.

I've created more content ideas in the last 10 days than I have in months and I can’t wait for half term to end so I can suck my teeth into creating. I've found my voice again.

I’m building a movement.

The crazy thing is, the biggest transformation hasn't been in my content.
It's been in me.
I'm thinking bigger.
Showing up differently.
Leading differently.
And for the first time in a long time...
I feel excited.
Not overwhelmed.
Not burnt out.
Excited.

I joined the accelerator thinking oh cool I’ll get some good ideas for content. That is NOT what happened at all.

Instead, I got my brain blown apart. I realised that this dream of a life for me is not just possible but happening. I realised taking care of myself and holding my boundaries is what underpins my future. I realised I’ll never be alone with any of it now I’ve been opened up to the community of awe-inspiring women Lisa is curating.

P.S. did also get some very good ideas for content too.

I had seen bits of Lisa's work on social media whilst I was still in the NHS, and I bought a couple of her courses whilst I was preparing to leave the NHS. It went way above my expectations and I booked onto a Masterclass - then onto an 8 week Magnetic AF. This course really showed me how instrumental Lisa was going to be in me building my business. I joined the 6% without hesitation at the end of the course, and I'm so glad I did.
Lisa is 100% the real deal, she is exceptional in her advice, her knowledge, and also has an incredible intuition in knowing what you need out of a conversation. With her guidance my business has hit the ground running and my revenue has exceeded my expectations.
She has managed to completely change my mindset around my business which has filtered into my own life with massively positive results.
I genuinely believe that every IM/doula/coach needs Lisa in their life - investing in her has been the best decision I've made in my business so far!

I have loved working with Lisa in all her spaces! And I've been in most of them at different points!

After spying on her on Instagram for a while, I initially joined the Micromind - a 5 day intensive - and was blown away by the power of the shifts I had in such a short space of time. This led to me eventually jumping in to 121 coaching for 4 months. Committing to this was a huge financial investment for me at the time, but one I felt I wouldn't regret (spoiler: I didn't) and one that would pay off in the long run (spoiler 2: it has) I realised just before jumping in, that I hadn't really done anything to invest in myself personally or my business growth - I had literally been winging it in self employment and in life! I'd made a decent start alone but didn't really know wat I was doing with it all and felt a bit overwhelmed and lost. I wasn't even sure I really knew what I wanted to get out of it but I knew Lisa would help me find the way and 121 coaching was so much more than I hoped it would be.

First up, I learnt so much practical business stuff from Lisa. The 'smallest' tweaks to stuff I was already putting out there have had a huge impact on my mindset and my profit. I was pleased to feel I was actually getting stuff done straight off the bat. Secondly, she was so great at putting things in to perspective - things that felt like huge jumps suddenly felt like relatively small adjustments. Things that had been taking up way too much headspace, were easily achieved with her support and really impactful in terms of business ownership and forward momentum.
Thirdly, perhaps less tangible but probably most importantly, I had significant insights about the way I think when I'm autopilot and how limiting that can be. As someone who has lived with low level mental health struggles/low esteem, this has been not just useful in business stuff but also in how I just feel about myself as a person. The work we did together has had more impact than just getting a few more people signed up as doula clients or more bums on pregnancy yoga mats. I came away knowing myself so much better than I did before and feeling unafraid of confronting emotions or thought patterns now.

Lisa doesn't hesitate to pick you up on stuff you need to address and she's extremely sharp - she notices all the little messages you are giving yourself and brings them in to the light. BUT all this is done with the most kindness - she made it easy to open up and I never felt she was judging me. The times she brings you up on stuff, she won't make you wrong for it, but helps you to look at things with curiosity and a healthy dose of scepticism... asking you to question if those thoughts are even true.

Soon after coaching, I joined the 6% for 6 months - this space enabled me to still have 'Lisa in my pocket' for my business questions and to listen to and learn from other successful female entrepreneurs. I'd already done many of her programmes and mopped up any I had missed in this time from the extensive resource library you can access from there. It's hard to say which has been most impactful because they've all been powerful. RICH was really enlightening and enabled me to shift my money mindset, and Sleeze Free Sales has helped me move from being a bit embarrassed to talk about my work, to sharing openly and freely what amazing services I offer.

I would love to have Lisa in my life for the rest of my life...but she's also given me the confidence to know I CAN go about the next steps by myself. I have been and will continue to shout from the rooftops about Lisa to anyone who will listen and know we'll be working together again soon.

I started working with Lisa about 8 months ago. I first did an intensive programme with her for 4 weeks and then I jumped into the 6% for 6 months.
Before working with Lisa I felt alone in my business, I spent a lot of time second guessing the decisions i was making and had lost momentum and confidence. The one thing I hate about running a business on my own is not having anyone to talk decisions through with. Both programmes provided this. What I loved about both programmes is having Lisa to look over my copy and give feedback and when i was procrastinating over decisions Lisa really helped shed some light and different perspectives. I LOVED the programmes in the 6%- Lisa covers all areas of business with strategy and mindset and i love being able to listen to them when driving, gardening etc and then listen again to implement the advice given. Lisa is an absolute powerhouse of knowledge, confidence and wisdom and under all of that she really cares and will go the extra mile to make sure you're supported and get the most out of your business. I’m not sure where to start because this woman is just something else. Unapologetically bold, wildly generous, deeply wise. Lisa doesn’t just coach, she transforms, yes, she swears like a sailor which, surprisingly, makes her even more endearing to me. There’s zero fluff, just real-deal insight, humour, guts, and fire.
I’ve done the graft, the belief in my business? That’s all down to me but Lisa is the mentor who lights the match. Her Magnetic AF course gave me the clarity, the tools, and the kick up the backside I didn’t even know I needed. Her teachings are ridiculously generous, her philosophy laced with truth, and her kindness sneaks up on you just when you need it. She teaches you to be magnetic by becoming more yourself; louder, clearer, bolder.
Not long after I made one of the best decisions of my business life and joined the 6%. It has been a phenomenal step forward for my business so much so that after eight months I knew I was ready to step up to 1:1 coaching. She’ll tell you straight, no f**king about, but she is there for you in every sense. She’s such a girls’ girl, genuinely as excited by your success as you are yourself.
And the results? I finally see myself as a businesswoman. One who loves her work, has more than doubled her income and is doing it for fewer hours and less stress. I never thought I’d be writing those words, but here I am.
She’s the real deal and I’m super grateful I found her, if you’re sitting on the fence, get those splinters out of your ass and join. Lisa isn’t for the faint-hearted but if you’re ready to get brave, get clear and get moving, there is no one better.

Lisa has been my coach, confidant and eventual friend over the last four years. I feel so much more confident about selling my services, managing my money, and making decisions that actually support me to have the life and business I want going forward.

A huge milestone for me has been growing my Mummas in Mind groups from zero bookings to running consistently for the past 18 months and charging for my services in a way that truly reflects the value of what I offer.

Lisa has this incredible ability to really 'see' you. She listens deeply, cuts through the noise, and pinpoints exactly what you need to focus on, more often than not before you can even explain what you need. There’s so much magic in the work she does!

If you’re on the fence about working with Lisa, that's ok- I was too! All I can tell you is that there is no way I would have made even half the progress in my business that I have in the last few years without her support, guidance and belief in me. My work as a doula and my wellbeing as a mum have been transformed by the work we have done and the adventures we have been on together.
