I reached out to Lisa's team for base shade matching and had such a lovely experience. They are the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable team I've ever experienced.
I've been already using Seamless Skin Enhancing skin tint for a while and tried the foundation in the past but picked the shades myself and thought it would be a good idea to get properly matched. I've been offered a sample, which arrived quicker than expected. I was also sent some skin tint swatches to compare with the shades I already had. I got detailed feedback on every photo I've sent for a check and learnt so much about my skin tone. Lisa's team is truly the best! Same applies to Lisa's products- gorgeous!

Lisa Eldridge makes my favorite beauty products! I have purchased the enhancing mist, the glow highlighter, the Foundation, lip products and eye shadow. Ok, I've tried about everything. I'm happy I don't need to keep trying random products anymore, wasting money... I found my makeup!

I have reached out multiple times to Lisa Eldridge’s support team for advise on best shades for me, because I don’t live near LE counters to swatch the products. Every single recommendation is so spot on. Love love the refillable eyeshadow palettes and lipsticks 😊 They are absolutely amazing people - so kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much! 😊 The best customer service out there.

I've been wanting the Lisa Eldridge velvet ribbon lipstick for a very long time. It was out of stock when I wanted to order, so I reached out to the team via IG to ask when it might be back in stock. They did so very quickly, and when it was finally in stock, I ordered it! I live in the USA, and shipping was quick. When the lipstick arrived i was so happy. Still, it broke immediately when I first opened it, I'm assuming because of the temperature changes that were happening in the US at that time, so I reached out to them again via IG. They, without hesitation, sent me another one. Well, it arrived today, in perfect condition, and I love it! had to leave a review for both the product and the amazing service. As someone who also works with customer service and products, this was great!!

I reached out about getting shade matched, and I’m genuinely blown away by the wonderful customer service I’ve experienced from Abi. Abi responded quickly, gave me detailed advice, and is sending me complimentary samples to try before I commit to buying full sized products. I’m very impressed and can’t wait for the samples to arrive so I can buy my right shade!

The customer service is amazing. Honestly, the best I have ever had. I made a mistake with my order so emailed customer service. I received a quick reply and it was sorted very efficiently. I have since ordered more products from Lisa and the packaging and service is superb. Cannot fsukt this company and the products are amazing.

Excellent products and customer service.
The products are worth every penny. I have eyeshadow, lipstick and only just now ordered an eyeliner. Every time I ordered, I was made to feel like a VIP. The customer service team are trained to perfection and even though I don't know Lisa, every member of her team I have spoken about could be her, they are just so nice and classy and focussed on every customer having the best experience.

After booking myself in at the Tom Ford counter inside Selfridges, to have my birthday makeup done and the whole experience turning into an absolute disaster (I actually thought it had to be a prank! It was that awful!) my friend hurried over to the Lisa Eldridge counter as she has always loved their products. She met with the very lovely Emily and explained what a nightmare of a time I was having at Tom Ford. So Emily immediately sent her back to get me so she could save me!
When I got to the Lisa Eldridge counter, the first thing I noticed was the beautifully, relaxed and safe environment. All of the make up artists seemed genuinely lovely. There was such a beautiful team spirit amongst them. Emily was so kind and reassuring. She had a library of knowledge and is totally passionate about her artwork in make-up. I felt completely reassured and relaxed.
I told Emily that I wanted a warm glowy look with a subtle Smokey eye that looked dramatic but not too over the top, and she knew exactly what to do!
She applied the skin enhancing treatment cleanser and my skin looked and felt amazing. She then proceeded to do my Makeup.
The Skin Enhancing Tint made me feel like JLo.!! It was stunningly glowy. The seamless skin foundation complimented the tint beautifully.
Emily used the Fawn eyeshadow pallet to give me that warm, soft yet dramatic look and I was so happy with how my eyes looked! She then added a touch of the liquid silk eyeshadow and I felt like JLo again! Paired with the Ground Coffee seamless glide eye pencil and finished with the black Kitten Lash mascara, my eye makeup was the best I’d ever had them.
On my cheeks she used the velatura balm dewy lip and cheek stick in cinnamon bun, and it was like magic! Super flawless with a lift of colour from within rather than a heavy pigment of colour sat on my cheeks.
She used the Celestial Fire glow highlighter as a bronzer which looked incredible, this was genius!! and then added the Crystal Nebula to highlight. The sculpt and shade lip pencil created the perfect frame for my lips and the refillable lipsticks are amazing!!! Emily chose Simone for me which a beautiful warm chocolate brown. It went really well with the eyeshadows.
The skin and makeup enhancing mist is light and dewy and feels perfect on the skin and I love it.
It’s needless to say I will never shop anywhere else for make up. Emily is an incredible artist, and the Lisa Eldridge team are wonderful.
I can’t wait to go back already!

My order arrived really fast, but unfortunately one of the products was damaged during shipping. When I contacted costumer support with the the problem, they answered right away and were really nice and they sent me a new product. Really good costumer service and really beautiful and such good quality make up.
