If you become a net winning customer and want to withdraw money, they won’t let you. Like all casinos, they refer to KYC rules, and like most casinos their T&C allows them to do whatever they want with your money.
But unlike most casinos, they don’t approve offical Mifinity transfer lists, even though they recommend Mifinity for deposing.
Hence, this is a pure money trap.
Please also note that this company has had multiple accounts here on Trustpilot, as they get kicked out now and then for making fake reviews.
They also have a very low safety index score at CasinoGuru, mesning your money is not safe. This is in accordance with my experience so far. Update will come if the case is solved. It has now gone 5 months with hopeless dialogue with customer service, who mostly gives you generic answers. Their most used reply is: «I understand your frustration but I am not in the KYC department, and you can’t talk to anyone there.»
