If they are are a real business (which I dont believe they are), they have the worst humans on the planet working for them. They lie and say things will be shipped or have shipped when they have not. They do not respond, then after waiting weeks when you threaten them, they tell you that your order is canceled. Filing a fraud dispute with Amex regarding my transaction with them. Stay away, they are either a hoax or worse yet, they are just beyond terrible

They only delivered one of the two bottles I ordered. I then attempted to contact them through both emails and phone. They never responded to emails and they never answered their phone. I finally found a way to contact them that worked. They have a form you can fill out on their website and someone seems to be looking at those. By the time I found that I was already beyond frustration and told them that I was going to have to challenge the charge on my credit card if they did not respond immediately. I did get a response immediately telling me that I would be refunded for the item they didn’t deliver and this came with a snarky message to the fact that they don’t need my threats. It appears to just be a very poorly run business.

If I could give no stars I would! I placed 2 orders and have not received half my shipment. I’ve left emails tried calling a number that says their customer service line is closed what a joke. No response in 3 months from emails I’ve sent. Disputing the transaction . Do not order, literally just giving your money away.

This was first time ordering from this website. I saw a lot of bad reviews but took a chance and ordered a bottle of bourbon from website. I got an email with order confirmation and next day received tracking number. I tracked it and received it as expected. Everything was packaged nicely. No complaints at all on this order.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT order from this company, absolutely terrible customer service, extremely rude. I received a partial order, including something I did not order, many times tried to get shipping label to return the incorrect item, each time was given a vague answer but never received the label, or remainder of my order. Finally had to contact my credit card company, I then received an extremely rude and unprofessional response from Liquor Stars. Credit card company ruled in my favor.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I placed an order for $1,300 worth of whiskey a full month before Christmas as a gift. They only shipped the cheapest half of the order and never sent the $900 bottle or the additional $120 bottle. Christmas passed and the order was still incomplete.

When I contacted them, they were dismissive, rude, and completely unwilling to address the issue. Not once did they apologize for ruining a Christmas gift or take accountability for selling products they clearly did not have in stock.

This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and misleading. Their customer service is entitled, and they refuse to correct their mistakes or admit wrongdoing. At this point I have no choice but to file a chargeback with my bank to recover the money they failed to deliver on.

I would NEVER purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone. An absolute waste of time and money.

I should have read the reviews. Trying to get sn order for Christmas so ordered the first week of December. Now, I cant get any communication on when I may receive it. They dont respond at all.

Scam. They take your order and never ship anything. No communication, no emails, no nothing. You cannot contact them, phone never gets picked up, no email response. This site should be shutdown!

I placed an order July 1 of 2024 for over $300. I have called dozens of times and I ALWAYS get the same message. I have sent dozens of emails and only received one response, in August of 2024 saying that my order will be sent when the product is available. At this point I just want my money back.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen. Ordered from them in July 2025. Still waiting on most of the orders. Had to dispute credit card on second order. Promised shipping and even sent photo of UPS label which was obviously not used. Not only were they of no help when I contacted them, but their representative told me to never contact him again. These guys are NOT legitimate and will scam you. Honestly don't think they have most of what they are selling. Beware, they will take your money. Sorry that 0 stars is not an option.

Ordered a bottle of Pappy 20 and Pappy cigars on a Friday and paid extra for next day air delivery expecting delivery on the following Tuesday. I had an evening flight on Tuesday for a 50th reunion in Colorado. Tried multiple times to contact them to confirm delivery and then gave them a Colorado delivery address requesting delivery by Friday of reunion week. Cigars arrived at Florida address on Fri/Pappy arrived to Colorado address on Monday after reunion was over. Extremely poor communication. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM LIQUORSTARS AGAIN.

Never received the he bottle. Called, emailed, texted the phone number, attempted to use chat but nothing. No response. Did a charge back on my card.

ordered 4 bottles, first 2 bottles delivered in a week, 3rd bottle delivered in 4 weeks but leaked and only had 1/3 of the bottle left, due to 7 day refund policy, unable to get replacement, its been 8 weeks and still no 4th bottle. have emailed and called at least 8 times, no answer from customer service by phone or email

I ordered 7 bottles of Belvidere Vodka, and 7 bottles of Crown Royal in May 25, I received the Vodka in a reasonable amount of time, I am still waiting on the Crown Royal 6 months later. Been in contact with them with no results.

You can't imagine the delays, lies, deceit, bullying, threats and after months of complaints I finally got my product! DO NOT BUY!!!

Ordered a bottle from these guys. Got the runaround on when it would ship multiple times. They finally said it had shipped. No other info. I followed up twice. Finally got a notice that my order had been cancelled “at my request”. Extremely shady dealer that I would never recommend anyone deal with.

This place is HORRIBLE, don’t waste your time on this website, they will tell you that they will ship your order tomorrow and they never do. The owner is very rude, I call to get updates on the shipping and he is too rude. I should’ve called before placing an order. I purchased a lot of stuff as the prices looked good, but here you go - i am not receiving those. I already disputed with my bank.
