Same problem as everybody else here . Live in NZ folks live in GC . Tried to order something for them for Xmas. The website states product is in stock so i place order few day later email saying they have supplier issues. Xmas comes and goes still no product so ask for refund they tell me they cant put money back on my credit card for some nonsense reason . then i found this form and realize what a bunch of lying deceitful p@#ks these guys are . more emailing , complaint to commission, more excuses from them, Blah blah blah . Someone needs to take this company down.

If it would be possible I would give zero star to this liar company. They have terrible communication, misleading so many people and never refund any money. I was lucky enough with my bank, opened a dispute and after 3 months finally I got my money back. Never, never, never send even a cent to them.

Place an order October 23 and their usual dribble about supplier issue. Asked for a refund and still not received..have been emailing every two weeks to replies of refund is being processed. Still nothing and now no responses to my email.

LIQUORKART STOLE MY $79.20 FOR AN ORDER THAT NEVER ARRIVED.

ATTEMPTS BY THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY ON MY BEHALF WERE CONTEMPTUOUSLY IGNORED.
Despite the product I ordered appearing on LIQUORKART'S website as 'IN STOCK', I learned later from the brewer that the very same item had been discontinued since 11/22 so my order could never have been supplied or even accepted by LIQUORKART in good faith.
In response to my emails they would feign a conciliatory tone by using language such as "Please allow us some time; We will check with the payment gateway and get back to you; We request your Kind Patience." It is now obvious that this was simply a deceitful delaying tactic.

Ordered on 16/12/23. Asked for refund on 27/12/24. Made all sorts of excuses and promises of refunds within "x" business days. Nothing happened. Opened ban investigation. Reported to ACCC. Encourage everyone else to do the same.

EDIT: My money refunded through my bank. The website is apparently being investigated and is currently unavailable.

same theme as everyone else. i ordered three bottles of very hard to get whiskey which they promoted as having in stock. 5 months later no whiskey and no refund. numerous promises to refund, but endless excuses about processing difficulties. disingenuous, dishonest business. do not order from them!

After placing an order for a product listed as in stock on their online catalogue, I was told that the product was not, in fact, available.. I then requested a refund on 29th April 2023. Thereafter, I rang twice, and emailed four times; each time I was told that the refund was being processed and would be in my account the following day. To date, I have not received my refund, nor have I received any product. Do not use this shoddy company.

I ordered in November, didn’t receive any tracking for a few weeks so decided to email them. All I got back was silly excuses how they were getting stock in that week. I got that excuse about 3 weeks in a row. So on the 28th of December I asked for a refund because I was over waiting at this point. Still waiting on my refund, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I emailed them on the 10th of February, I still haven’t received a reply, so I have emailed them again saying I will be going to Fair Trading if I don’t receive my refund soon! I have never had such a terrible experience with a company and don’t wish it on anyone else. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Product was out of stock, can’t get a refundI ordered in June, by November I hadn’t received the item as it was out of stock so I requested a refund. It has been 4 months and I still don’t have the refund despite following up many times only to be told they understand my concern, it’s with their backend team and delayed for some reason.
Absolutely useless.

Everyone report to police and ACCC. I will be tomorrow!!! They are ripping off thousands of people now. I have checked them out on other review sites!!

Ordered in stock item Dec 2023. 1 week later say its out of stock and give me option to wait or refund. I ask for refund...multiple times. Nothing. Got bank to refund. Why aren't these guys shut down?

Same thing has happened to me. But today I sent them a message saying I was going to report them to ACCC and very quickly got a reply saying they had fully refunded me which would take 4 to 5 days.
This is the reply they sent.

Has anyone had this reply and actually got a refund?

Just like every other negative experience, I ordered and never received. Luckily i contacted my bank and they reversed the payment and refunded me.

I purchased 3 bottles of alcohol on the 17th September 2023. Its 1st February 2024 still no Alcohol and no refund and just email replies saying will process a refund but nothing to date...
$178 still out of pocket

This is a scam website!! Please do NOT order from this website. I placed order on 13 Dec for Christmas and never received the order. I followed up and no response. After a second follow up and demand for refund they responded saying they would issue a full refund within 4-5 business days. It has been 13 business days and still no refund. I have sent a report to ScamWatch (government website) and lodged a transaction dispute with my bank to try and recover the money. Disgusting that people try to get away with stealing other people's hard earned money!

Purchased Items on 22nd November 2023, expecting to be early for Christmas presents.
Still chasing my refund on 22 Januart 2024 after they could not supply goods ordered.
Many excuses for non delivery of goods, and very slow communication, if at all.
No one received the items I ordered for Christmas from this company....Customers worst horror story come true.
I had to go out and purchase other presents with my own money again, as they were not corresponding well before Christmas and giving many excuses.
Asked for refund on 5th January 2024 after waiting patiently ( On holiday too) and trying to resolve this with the seller with many an email.
Told refund was coming in 4-5 days depending on my bank, but has to go through their refund department.
My bank always transfers money within 2 hours, so no excuse there.
Have asked to see a copy of the bank transfer, but they have not responded or given any details of the transfer.
Still waiting on the 22 January for my money to be returned, exactly 2 months after I ordered from this scammer company.
Then told me they are having operational issues. I told them that is not my problem.
I will never purchase from LIQUORKART again and I am recommending no one else to purchase from them either.
Even if they have a too good to be true deal, or cheaper purchase price than anyone else.
This is definitely a ploy to suck you in and scam you.
I am going about writing reviews about this company now, so hopefully no one else gets sucked in by them.
I even tried contacting and threatening with the relevant authorities, and negative reviews, but this did not seem to bother the enough to return my money.
I am also going forth with complaints to the ACCC/Consumer affairs to try and resolve this.
I hope this puts anyone else off from purchasing, as you would be making a grave mistake to purchase anything from this scammer company.

Wish I’d seen other reviews before buying.
Purchased on 22/11/23. Heard nothing so contacted them 12/12/23 and was told my item wasn’t in stock but they would refund me but that never happened. Did not receive any reply to further enquiries and reported as a fraudulent transaction to my bank

This company is scam!!! Bought 3 x whisky and paid $385, no product coming, also no reply!! This company is criminal company, just take money from people, can't believe this happening in Australia, has to shut down this company!! Please do not buy anything from them!!!
