They were supposed to cancel months ago. I realised they charged me again and they say was no ticket . Now they say on same day new charge cant refund but will review , which is obviously not going to happen again.

We had an important issue on magento check out shop a managed planned by Nexcess, nobody anwer so we was forced to find another provider.
Also we want delete all our data and backup, but they want keep our data against our will. This a a breaking of our privacy.

Great support representative I spoke with on the phone earlier. I've spoken with him a few times in the past as well.
He's always very helpful, patient and knowledgeable and does everything he can to help me with whatever my concerns or issues are.
Please let him know.I think he's great and you should definitely make sure he gets a raise and some type of acknowledgment.
It is because of great support staff like him that I rely on when I need to call phone support. It is because of this great live phone support that I became a customer of liquid web, and will continue to be, as long as I can talk with live phone support. Without it, I would have to find another hosting provider who does.

I paid for 2 full years of service with liquid web hosting for my websites. Hoping for a looooong time smooth transaction, but it had lots of problems with them, they couldn't resolve our issues and even their supervisor said that they could only help with what they know. So, what ever they don't know and beyond their skills they will not be able to help with. I requested a refund, they said they've sent the refund to my account but confirming with my bank, I still didn't receive any refund. It's been going on since June 3rd. I asked to send me a receipt that they sent the money, they said they've already sent, which I didn't receive. I am still waiting on my refund or a proof (receipt) that they've sent the money. Even though they said they sent the receipt via email, they are still checking about sending the receipt again to confirm that they've sent the money. Why would they NOT send the receipt so I can follow the money with my bank.

Since phone support went and anyone who has any idea of what they’re doing was replaced by idiots, my business has been crushed by emails not working, basic support requests going unanaswered for days and live chat f**king off for a sandwich mid conversation, this company has really gone to hell.
If you’re thinking of joining, don’t. Plenty of companies out there that offer proper customer service and the only vote we get is with our wallets.

This hosting website has scammers and fraudsters on the websites. When, I tried to tell this hosting site about 2 of there websites that scammed me out of money(I have receipts), they kept sending me to an abuse form, that doesn't work and when I tell them this through chat, they all of a sudden log out. Some of these websites, they are hosting are located in Amsterdam, Austria and other countries, scamming people in the U.S. I bet they had a lot of complaints before & I pray the FBI and all those other companies & agencies are looking into because Liquidweb, Allows this type of criminal behavior

That is Peace of Mind to a Non-Techie :-) and why I felt comfortable signing up with LiquidWeb..... LiquidWeb is super organized and has the latest greatest technology capabilities.. All 3 were very patient and took the extra time to explain things carefully to help avoid mistakes and miscommunication..... We've only just moved to LW, so it's really sad that we're already experiencing such severe service failures.
Two mornings in a row, I've woken up to the following error message taking down our eCommerce websites:
"Misdirected Request
The client needs a new connection for this request as the requested host name does not match the Server Name Indication (SNI) in use for this connection."
Yesterday, I was told this was a 'known issue' and it was fixed in 10 minutes. But, this morning it is back again! We've now had around 10 hours down time within 28 hours and LW are arguing about whether this breaches their SLA! This is a very expensive 'managed' VPS!
A very disappointing start to our LW hosting.

We have a managed server and our backups have not run in 3 days. We can no longer find a phone number for support. No one is available on chat in evening. The only response to our ticket is from over 24 hours ago ... "My name is Pradeep, and I'll be assisting you today regarding the slow backup.
Please allow me some time to look into your request, and I will update you when I have more information. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime."

7/23/25 - support after the review above has been much better, problem has been fixed, changed from 1 to 3. Would be a 5 if my support ticket was handled in reasonable amount of time. Hopefully next time ...

We have been with Nexcess for over 9 years, and the service has progressively worsened, with the cost of hosting increasing at the same time (every couple of months).
If you have an issue with your website and raise a ticket with their "24/7" technical support, do not have any expectations whatsoever you will receive a knowledgeable response. The responses will often not address the issue, and you will often go around in circles waiting a couple of hours between each response no matter how clearly your question is phrased.
Escalation to a supervisor used to work to get a adequate response, but now even this request seems to be ignored.
After submitting a cancellation request for being a loyal customer for 9 years, there was no attempt to even find out the reason for the cancellation, instead the cancellation was expedited (not that we were going to stay). This just shows the little value they have for customers.
Save yourself the hassle if you run a serious website and go a hosting company that cares about their customers and service.

Dylan responded very quickly compared to I already had made 3 requests starting yesterday. Some of the answers support gave me I had no idea what they meant so i really couldn't do anything constructive with the advice. Dylan took care of the websites that no one else had yet; then spent a couple minutes and helped me set up Thunderbird which is my own problem not really part of Nexcess tech i'd think. Although it did work before I migrated, but now to thanks to Dylan it works again and in fact my migration is now complete and I'm back up to speed better than we were at our previous host. Thank you I hope an think I'll be happy here at Nexcess! And ps even though I really don't understand that much about what we've been doing through this migration process, everything we have done I do understand now and I saved all the links and all the emails for future reference. Thank you. And thank Dylan!
