Liquid London are fab
Liquid London are fab! I ordered some perfume but the larger bottle arrived broken through careless delivery from Evri. I got in touch with Evri and had atrocious customer service... Then contacted Liquid London and got Alix - who not only emailed back within 20 minutes, but had already arranged for a new delivery (through a different courier) and offered a discounted rate for my next purchase. I declined the discount as I was more than happy with the service and don't see why a company should have to lose out on sales. So, by way of a thank you, I have been telling everyone how great Alix was and if they want a new perfume to try Liquid London!

Liquid London perfume for women
The perfume was delivered very fast and packaged safely. The company kept me up to date with shipping and gave tracking details. The perfume is divine and the scent is powerful so should last a few hour’s. . The compliments i have been given already are unbelievable. I have not long received this so will give further update.

Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none. Usama was extremely helpful and speedy with replies. Very impressed!
However the bottle arrived broken and I really don’t like the smell at all. It is overpowering.

Absolutely brilliant communication with…
Absolutely brilliant communication with the site.. they understand my stress. Evri said they had delivered perfume with a picture at my address, which was not my house. I got on to evri and liquid london and explained my situation of not having the delivery, liquid london got on the ball and said they would send a replacement, which i thought was absolutely brilliant of them. Then the day after I get my delivery of the original order. Apparently evri only delivers once a week as they only get 45p a parcel. Absolutely was fuming with the driver. If they don't want to do the job, then don't do it. But liquid london understood my frustration. Usama was very understanding. Brilliant communication.
Even sending me the replacement as well. 100% to all xx thankyou so much

I had a first delivery (via EVRI) and the bottle was smashed, EVRI wanted nothing to do with it, so I contacted Liquid London customer service direct and their customer service was amazing, a lady called Nikki was both efficient and effective, solved the problem quickly with excellent communication, I really hope I like the after shave, because I want to keep using great companies like this

Was skeptical, now a believer
I had problems with the spray initially but I did manage to resolve this. Although I struggle to smell this myself, I can honestly say that on the first day of wearing it, I had two separate compliments about the way I smelt. This never happens and I always wear a scent when im out. So I have to say its a genuine 5 stars from me.
