Perfume didn't arrive on 30 06 26 as stated. Loads of excuses from Evri. We weren't home(we were) l didn't tell them a safe place( l did) The problem is is we live on a farm with a one track lane. Evri can't be bothered coming down, all all others do. Sent e mail to Liquid London & Rizwan dealt with it within a couple of hours. Hes' sending out a replacement express delivery free of charge. Alix was absolutely fantastic can't say enough about the service they provided my original order was lost in transit but Alix was super and sorted a replacement order with express delivery came the next day and very impressed will definitely be ordering again and telling people about them

I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item, I got For Him instead of For Her, I emailed them and they replied the same day, I explained what had happened, showed them the photo of the item, they were very apologetic and sent me the right perfume, at no extra cost, I received my item today, from the email to my delivery was only 3 days, Alix was brilliant and understood, I wasn’t expecting them to do this but very happy with how they dealt with it.

Not worth the hype
Yeah isnt great I didnt think it would be tbh but I thought i would give it a try hoping I would be wrong as everyone on these videos seem to be raving about how amazing it is but its not that great tbh and the scent wears off really quickly. 34 quid for two bottles including discount just seems a lot for something that isnt as great they make out.
Changed my review to a one star would give it zero if I could because I reached out to Diane and so far no help whatsoever and it seems like im just being ripped off

False advertising at its best
Guys, steer clear of this junk! LQD make really wild promises about the Pheromone effect. It promises girls will love the scent and the pheromone will have them ripping your clothes, wanting to get you in bed. No, no, no..... The wife was not impressed and definitely not turned on in any way shape or form. No one remarked on the scent smelling nice either. I wear a lot of expensive aftershaves and always receive lots of positive comments. However, Liquid London for him failed miserably on all accounts. To add insult to injury the scent wears off really quickly too. So, by the very remote chance you actually like the smell of LQD it fades extremely quickly.
Don't buy it.... learn from my mistake and give it a wide berth. Invest that money in some quality fragrance like Prada Luna or D&G King..... honestly you'll thank me.

Hi my order was delivered to the wrong…
Hi my order was delivered to the wrong address but this wasn’t Liquid London fault it was down to Evri delivery people. Peter from Liquid London has been brilliant in sorting this problem out and has posted me all the items in my previous order again with no payment due. My experience with Liquid London is amazing! The ordering process was easy and quick. Liquid London were let down by Evri, however when highlighted to them (Peter) directly - the response couldnt have been better. An after normal working hours response, express delivery and received. The product is fantastic! Absolutely love it - and will be purchasing more again...

Hmm not great as the hype
Took longer than advertised for delivery. And the smell is alright, strong at first but didn't last long at all, My car air freshener over powered it after an hour, I cannot smell it on my wrist or self at all now. Quite a disappointment really. Won't buy it again and will only use it I need to for an hour! I'll stick to my respectable brand that's worth the money

Ordered this liquid London perfume
Ordered this liquid London perfume, last week. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit, so never actually received the product, just an apology from the delivery company. I got in touch with liquid with an email and a lovely guy called Gareth sorted this issue straight away. So have not smelled it yet but more than happy with response from liquid and Gareth to my complaint.

Customer service is really good
Customer service is really good. Due to ambiguous update from Evri, I contacted LL to clarify delivery. They replied within 24 hrs. Their policy was explained as well as the process from prep to delivery as well as where my order was in that scenario, which I appreciated as I was reassured. I'm not sure why some reviews are saying that the scent doesn't last very long. I applied it around 11am this morning and it is now 19.45 and I can still smell it on my wrist and the top of my blouse. I've spent the day with my grandchildren doing various outdoor activities and went out for dinner. So I'd say it is lasting and still smells fresh. Overall, the perfume has a sweet'ish scent, it's pleasant and I enjoy it. I would most definitely try others in their range.
