Speedy delivery. Happy with my purchase

When I enquired after a few days after ordering when should my jacket be dispatched I quickly received an email from Geoff. He gave me a date and also gave me 20% discount due to a sale that had started the day after I ordered. I really appreciated his quick response and kind gesture of the the discount. I was happy with my jacket and the delivery updates. Thank you Geoff.

I ordered an item on a Monday and it didn’t arrive for a full week. It wasn’t dispatched for days after the order was placed.

I ordered it for an event that took place on the Saturday so obviously it didn’t arrive on time so I sent it back.

The return postage cost was €7 which I felt was extremely expensive for a very small package. I am very disappointed overall with Lipstick and won’t be ordering from this company again.

Very fast and effective service, contacted me to say shoe size I requested not in stock and offered alternative size which was suitable.

Ordered online several times with no issues and quick delivery.

Bought a pair of shoes on line 4/2/26. Received a package a few days later with wrong contents. Same was collected by lipstick courier and returned and 3 weeks later I am still awaiting resolution to same. Have not received the delivery of shoes or refund. Very unsatisfactory service.

Bought another luxury scarf, think I must nearly have them all. The Lipstick girls looked after me, like they always do. Love being able to support this great family run Irish business. Scarf is beautiful quality, so soft and designer inspired. Gorgeous.
