Another great buy from Linx beds
Excellent service and very good quality beds. We receive many comments from our guests about how comfy the beds are and we now have them in all our bedrooms, including our own! Highly recommend 5*.

Excellence is not always measured by getting it right first time every time....

I was genuinely suprised by the high quality of workmanship when the bed(s) first arrived. Well put together, well finished, and I have never seen this degree of attention to detail in packing.
Even the drawers were held in place with a piece of fabric neatly stapled unobtrusively to prevent and damage to fabrics (or injury in handling/unpacking)
I could not find anyone to match the price of the pocket spring mattress(es) on offer so I took a gamble on them. Glad I did, the "hotel" hardwearing variant is absolute perfection for me.

The problem was that once the headboards were in place, they appeared to be different colours. Closer inspection revealed that they appeared to be upholstered differently, with the "nap" of the fabric running horizontally on one and vertically on the other.

I sent an email with a picture, and within minutes I had a response of "Very Sorry, we will send you two new ones... its the only way to be sure they match."

A week later, I had two brand new replacements delivered and I could not be happier.

I cannot fault these guys on price, quality, or the most difficult bit (especially when dealing with me!!) - top notch customer service.

We bought a zip and lock bed from Linx beds last week . It was a pleasure to deal with this company . Their website is easy to use and you can build your own bed . The bed arrived on time well packed and left on a pallet . The bed itself is very good quality and very comfortable also very good prices .

Run a Self-catering business so it's very important to have quick deliveries to the property. Even though it was Christmas week Linx Beds were able to come to our rescue. Thanks again!

I encountered problems due entirely not knowing the dimensions of the property we had just moved into. We had the beds delivered but the bases were too long to negotiate the stairs. We loved the quality of the mattresses we debated sending it all back. The staff at Linx arranged the collection of the bases and offered to section the bases so that we could have what we wanted. Direct contact, negotiation and a satisfactory outcome all done in a short time. I bought separate headboards in oak from a well known company that are never unknowingly ...one was marked and we are still waiting for someone to contact us as they said they would.
Thank goodness there are still companies like this about.

Needed an odd size replacement mattress, turned out to be a hotel size, not easily found.

It arrived a date late due to courier link missed, but was well informed and didnt matter to me.

Ordered two zipped and linked beds with two different mattresses. They were delivered on the agreed day and my husband was able to get them into the right room.
Slept on one and it is really comfortable [memory foam pocket spring] and expect the other to be good also

We have ordered twice now from Linx Beds and will be doing so again in the new year. The beds and service are of a high quality which will always make me look here first when I need to order a new bed that I can trust for my business.

Easy to choose & order. Delivery was efficient by third party. Beds exactly as stated on website.

Overall very pleased and although not cheap, they saved us over £1000 compared to zip beds seen in high street stores

We bought 4 hotel contact super king zip & link beds for our holiday let plus one for us. We have been sleeping on ours for over 6 months & it is still just as comfortable as when we bought it. When I contacted Linx by phone they were very helpful.

The Superking Linx bed is just what we were looking for and we were delighted with the service provided by the company.
We had several queries which were answered fully and quickly by e-mail prior to ordering the bed.
The web site was clear and it was easy to complete the order.
We had asked for a delivery date on a Tuesday and made sure we had two able bodied people available. We were surprised to receive an e-mail on the evening before to say that the bed would be delivered on a Thursday, which was a day when we were unavailable.
After some difficulty contacting the Firm by phone we were able to come to an amicable arrangement and the bed was delivered on the Wednesday.
We had some difficulty in zippng the the two mattresses together, but did eventually manage it. I'm sure it would be easier for two younger people to do, but for two septuagenarians it was a bit of a struggle.
All is well now and we are very happy with the product and the deal.

I have recently purchased a superking size bed, together with fitted sheets and a mattress protector from Lynx Beds. They have been easy and helpful to deal with and their products are first class.

I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again and commend them to you.
