Really bad quality. Ordered both corrective lenses and three different lense cleaning systems. The lenses were unusable as they did not have my correction even though they were labled thusly. One of the clensing solutions left me with a veil & I had to throw out the contacts because the solution damaged them.

Efficient and reliable with clear communication

Customer service not contactable, either by email or phone. Not in German, French, or English. Wanted to request a refund for an exchange, but no response and instead I'm supposed to pay for both orders. No accountability, no communication.

Highly recommended. I've been shopping with Linsenmax for a couple of years and I always get what I ordered, quickly and at a great price. The customer service is really helpful in case of any questions too.

Deplorable service, no order follow-up, no warning in case of delay: we are forced to contact customer service after 2 weeks of silence to learn "that due to the international situation, they still cannot give me a deadline" ... Totally unacceptable when you can read everywhere on the website that 80% of orders are delivered within 24 hours! The customer service is responsive, but takes the liberty of addressing me as if we were friends. In addition, prices have increased by 23% in less than 2 years for the same product! Avoid absolutely because you can easily find better and cheaper elsewhere.

I've been using their e-shop many time for 5 year. Fast shipping and reliable service. Never had issues.
