Delivery was way longer than it stated, zero communications from the company after contacting twice. Parcel did eventually arrive but after the date I needed it for. Arrived poorly packed but quality of the product was good for the price. Now twice in 24 hours I’ve recieved emails asking me to review the company, even offering me free items for a 5 star trust pilot review! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought iced chain and bracelet

I purchased a few chains for my son's and they love them, I got the Gold pendant compass chain, Gold crucifix and the silver rope as they all wanted something different. They're worn daily and have kept the colour despite being worn whilst swimming and in the shower . Absolutely recommended if you are after something affordable in price but expensive in style.

Initial shipping with Evri was quick, first problem arose when Evri claimed they tried to deliver 3 times within 4 minutes, but I was home and they didn't. So they returned the parcel to sender. Annoying, but fine. I watched the tracking and nothing happened after a week so contacted Evri and they confirmed they had 'lost' the parcel but gave me a confirmation to send to the sender. I contacted Linked London with a copy of the confirmation from Evri and received a reply stating they were aware that 8 bags of post had gone missing with Evri but they were sending out replacements that day or the next. I waited for a week and nothing came, so contacted Linked London again and was ignored. So waited another week and contacted them again. Was ignored. I'm now having to do a chargeback through my credit card company. Absolute scam artists.

UPDATE 31 July 2024: This morning I received an email from them asking me to leave a 5 star review on trustpilot in return for a free item of jewellery. Definitely don't trust any reviews of them now as customers are being bribed!

First necklace lasted 12minutes before it fell apart. Then the replacement discoloured after 2 days. Waste of money.

Absolutely shocking scammers the chain of nothing like the picture the clasp doesn't open and the staff abuse over email when asked for refund tramps literally
