I am not easy to please. Had a problem with a 10 year old gate. Was not opening or closing. Not only did I order the wrong item (which Ben took back without any issues) I also did not have the manuals for the system.
LinkCare via Jack called me and sent me the manual. After a good 30 minutes of coaching, I was so pleased that everything was working and that there was no need to spend £5k on new gate automation.
