It took Teo weeks long to complete the purchase, then the book was shipped to another address and the customer service said that they couldn't do nothing at this regard.

Good on supplying articles but bad at not paying freelancers for their articles so I guess you just rely o filthy rich people for your articles and us who can't afford it get the dirty end of the stick and you didn't even suggest an alternative magazine that pays and since you are so hi profile I thot you wld know of many other such magazines to help me instead of just brush me off.

They sell books with interesting topics for a nice price. It is very easy to order new books and to find back the previously bought books on their website.
