If I could give zero stars I would the…

If I could give zero stars I would the wifi has never worked and they tried to tell me I never contacted them after saying they’d send an engineer out. Customer service is just a bot that can’t even understand ‘the wifi isn’t working’

Hi, we are sorry you are having issues with your wifi. I can see you opened a support ticket with us in March 23. This was investigated as 'wifi not working' initially by us remotely, then tested by one of your building managers. We could see multiple clients connected and internet traffic flowing. This ticket was then closed. This ticket has not been reopened or any new tickets created by you since then. Please submit a new ticket to enable us to help you. Support.

Lightning Speed and Service

I got a broadband connection with the flat as part of my rental agreement. Internet speed is great always with very minimum downtime once in 1-2 months for a few minutes.

Yesterday, somehow my router was reset. I reached out on Monday afternoon about this and I saw that their response time and service is at par with their internet speed, if not faster. I mean their support email was literally responding within 2 minutes via email. Within 30mins my router was remotely reconfigured and the internet was up again.

I will definitely opt for Linix whenever I shift and highly recommend their services.
