Sent an item I didn’t order and not sent the item I actually ordered. Very poor.

I ordered a Karcher K2 jet wash from this site. Expected delivery was 2 weeks later (during Covid lockdown). I was fine with that when I ordered, but then it changed to a month. I recieved no notification of expected eta, I only found out about the delay when logging into my account. When it hadn't arrived a week after the new expected date, I messaged them to enquire as to its whereabouts. They told me their website was inaccurate, it was impossible for them to fulfill the order and I would recieve a refund. I enquired as to why I wasn't informed earlier. No response on that.
They did refund me a few days later, but in the end they had my money for 6 weeks and then, weirdly, refunded me 55p less than I paid.
I won't be using them again. They can't be trusted.

Asked for size 44 euro but are size 38 euro. Have to return at my expense for refund when all I want is to exchange

delivery and price was good however there was supposed to be free hose and fittings with purchase which did not arrive.
they offered me a discount code which meant i would have to spend more money with them which i did not want to do.
good product and delivery but i would recommend contacting them to make sure you will recieve everything that they have advertised as incentive for you to part with your hard earned cash.
i will not use them again and i will let family and friends know of my own experience

Terrible to deal with- they are all happy and good to do business in the UK but good luck if you ever need to speak to anyone- 5 emails down i am yet to hear back from anyone - considering my package was supposed to be shipped two days ago i very much doubt it will get to me in time. After spending so much on international shipping that is such a disappointment.
- i have tried calling but thats a waste of money as its in italian and no one answers but a computer. My order is still saying “PRESA IN CARICO” since the 19th and god knows when or if it will reach me.

I know we are all living/working through difficult times, however you should not do business and take peoples money if you cant guarantee you can deliver.

I needed these safety shoes for my husband who is volunteering, people are counting on him to start on the 23rd, i now have to spend more money to try and locate the same shoes in the UK with no guarantee they will reach me in time all while my money is still with lineoneline.

I wish i had saved myself this whole ordeal and just ordered in the UK - My advise to anyone thinking of ordering from this site DONT - save yourself time and hassle and take your business somewhere else!

Karcher 3 Just as I ordered. Beats anything offered in the UK. Expected delivery from Italy to be 15 days, as advised, but was delivered in 6 days. Just bear in mind if ordering in the UK you will need to change the plug as it comes with a continental connection.

The item, a Worx Grass cutter/edger was misrepresented in the advert as a brush cutter. Clearly it wasn't. Very disappointing. I returned it all the way back to Italy. Prompt response from Customer Service. Still awaiting refund.

Despite the .co.uk address Lineonline is an Italian company. I bought a McCulloch robot lawnmower from them and the power transformer came with an integral EU plug with no means to replace this with a UK plug. This is against EU guidelines and I asked them to provide a replacement with a UK plug. They were not able to do this so I asked them to provide me with a refund and to arrange collection of the goods. This they refused to so do unless I paid for shipping back to Italy. Throughout my exchanges with Lineonline the attitude of the customer service rep was that I was making an unnecessary fuss and that I should simply use a EU to UK adapter. Given where I was going to be siting the power transformer this is not possible. Regardless Lineonline has a duty to provide UK customers with appropriate power plugs for the UK market. A very poor experience.

I purchased a rotavator from this company through Amazon & from day 1 the machine would not start, I have contacted the site & have found that the customer service it totally unacceptable all they appear to be doing is wasting time so my warranty runs out, they do this by constantly sending E.mails to me as I say, wasting time, at this moment in time I have received 6 e.mails with no satisfaction or sending me a label for the return of the machine

The item arrived on time, well packaged & communication was excellent.
