Do not use this company ...paid for 24 hour delivery 5 days later still nothing and then refuse to refund the extra postage I paid saying because of Brexit its not possible to offer 24 hour delivery BUT they still take your money THIEVES..

This is a scam website. You place an order, the item never arrives. You request a refund and they lie and tell you they have refunded it but they have not. I am in the process of filing a chargeback to receive my £500 back. Avoid this scammy website.

Received goods in UK with EU plug on it and advised if I removed the plug it would invalidate the warranty and should have known I had to use an adapter . DO NOT buy and electrical goods for use in the UK unless you wish to use and adapter to maintain warranty. Response from company was combative and argumentative indicating I should have know better. Well I like many others did not know better . I cannot foresee ever using them again

Was given an expected delivery date, after that date spoke to customer service told definitely before end of week, arrived following week. 2 weeks late. Poor communication.

All I asked for was a tracking number and they cancelled my order and refunded without explanation.

Paid for 24 Hour delivery, nothing turned up. No order confirmation received by email. Published WhatsApp Number was ignored when I sent a message. Phone number only had an Italian message repeat twice and then disconnected the call.

Hence why I asked for a tracking number.

A little confusing as emails in Italian, otherwise all ok!

This is not a UK Company and any problems with products under warranty, they will not take responsibility and help. In fact they expected us to pay for replacement parts even though the floor cleaner was under 6 months old!
Give them a wide birth............

This is not a U.K. company but they are using a .co.uk on their website. It is a Italian company. Ordered a presure washer last 20 of Dec. Says in the website next day delivery and they charged £13.00 for the delivery. It is already 31st of Dec. and I have not recive my order. 11 days now. They said they posted it but they can not give me the tracking number. So disapointed.
Just to update as of Jan 17 2021. I did not recieve the item so I just requested a refund. After 5 days of asking for a refund, no refund and no communication. I have to file a despute to paypal just to get my refund. I have to wait until Jan. 28 for decission. More than 1 month and they still have my money. DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE.

Product arrived quickly and intact... but didn't have a UK plug or adapter (which strictly speaking is a legal requirement)

Absolutely Appalling.
Firstly - even though this is a ".co.uk" site - the company is actually based in Italy. I ordered a floor scrubber from them and expected to receive it within 7 days as stated in the email I received after placing the order. A week later than expected, the item turned up in a pretty battered box.
The item itself did not appear to have suffered any physical damage, so we accepted it. Over the following 3 weeks, the item was used approximately 7 times. The next time we tried to use it - it wouldnt spray water. We followed the instructions in the user manual and cleaned the spray jet nozzles, and tried to use it again. Still no water came out
We contacted Line online and asked to return it, as it was not fit for purpose. We were told it had past the 2 week returns period, and that we should contact the manufacturer for a repair. LavorPro (the manufacturere) said there was nothing they could do, as it wasnt purchased within the UK. If we wanted them to take a look at their month old product - we would have to pay to have it sent to them, pay for any repair, and pay to have it mailed back to our address.
I raised a case with PayPal, and after sending in videos and photos showing the scrubber not functioning correctly - PayPal closed the case as they could'nt verify that we had'nt altered the scrubber whilst it had been in our posession. Not sure what it is that we could have done to alter it - or even why would want to - but rest assured, it hadnt been altered in any way shape or form by us since receiving it.
As it turns out - (Pre Brexit of course) Goods bought anywhere in the EU have a 2 year guarantee - and it is the responsibility of the SELLER to rectify any issues with the product that they sell within that 2 year period:

Really quick delivery, great service

All good. Lots of delivery information right up until day of delivery. Add the great price and quality packaging = perfect. Recommended.

Delivered quickly and exactly as described.

Very poor service from this company. I ordered a compressor, it should have been delivered 5 days ago. According to their website it still has not been shipped. Contacted them 3 days ago and still not been shipped. If you want your stuff in a reasonable timeframe do not use lineonline.
