Never received my order and customer service was not helpful at all.. would not shop here again

Purchased a kimino, I am a size 16, they seem to think everyone that purchases a kimino is a size 8. So disappointed, it is so small for free sizing. Please be very aware of there sizing and quality not so good either, postage took forever.👎

I don’t know who they are but they somehow keep getting into my account even after changing my debit card.

I ordered a sweatshirt on Jan 8. I wrote and requested an update on my delivery on Jan 23. I was told it was in-transit. I had not received it on Feb 10 and canceled and asked for a refund. On Feb 22 I received a product that was not what I ordered.
I fought to get my money back and finally just decided "lesson learned" and never to buy from this company again. My advise, never, never buy from this company, they are a scam.

Do not buy from this seller. I was so excited to get everything. It took three months and oh so many emails for me to receive packages.

NOTHING FIT! NOTHING WAS AS IT WAS ADVERTISED. I WEAR A SIZE 3 IN PANTS. I ORDERED A MEDIUM SIZE PAIR OF PANTS AND I COULDNT EVEN SQUEEZE THEM ON.
This is a waste of your time and patience. Even after three months, I was emailed not to lose my patience. WTH?

Straight scam! They sent me a fake tracking number and said package was delivered so I checked my cameras for the date and time frame that package was delivered. Not delivered! All lies! Went to the post office, the tracking information belonged to someone else with a different name and address. The package only had 2 items and didn’t belong to me, but was given that tracking number by them. So just in case they are reading this….soon your dirty scam will catch up with you. People work hard and you don’t! Stop stealing people hard earned money by pretending to sell God like products.

After placing my order I started to have a bad feeling about this place so the very next day I sent a message to please cancel my order and a message came to me saying someone would get back with me and someone message me a few days later saying that the order was sent to the post office and not to worry but it took another few weeks before it actually Shipped from the warehouse in China.It took about 5 weeks from the time I order before I got the Christian shirts and they were made poorly.so poorly that I will not wear them out in public.Such A Ripoff.This Place Needs Shutdown!!

Order some religious clothes. They arrived in 6 weeks with several items missing.

First Responds “order was coming in two packages. I should wait for the other one.”
Second responds, “order was correct sorry.”
It came from China, to Jamaica, and finally USA.

Represent themselves as made in USA.

I have never been ripped off, until I did business with this company. I ordered a gift for my daughter and had it shipped to her house in Montana, it took over a month for my shipment to out on route, then they show that it was undeliverable to her address, which I know it is a lie. I send tons of packages to her and never had a problem then apparently it is getting sent back to sender in China. I am going to follow through with legal action, and I hope we can get this Scam Shut Down.

If I could figure out how to press charges I would! They are liars and complete scammers and need to be shut down... I tried to cancel my order 12 hours after ordering.. order status wasn't even being processed yet and they told me they couldn't because my order was shipped which was a lie because a month later they tell me that my order is finally processing..not shipped keep in mind.. then they refuse to answer any of my emails after they knew I was trying to cancel... answered fine before.. but once I tried to cancel BEFORE my order was shipped they never answered me again... Still don't have my order two months later... they need taken to court as far as I'm concerned...

I ordered a Waymaker Sweater, but when it came in the mail, it was a silky long sleeve cardigan type blouse that you could see through!! It definitely was NOT a sweater. I will NOT be ordering anything else from this company. Very inferior quality merchandise.

It took me over 6 months to receive my shirts. It is a really bad linen quality. The design is printed. the "V" shape on the shirt in the pictures is in reality a square shape. there is no design at all. the color is not as good as in the picture. I was sent the wrong items/ not a cotton blend, but pure horrid polyester. 2 items out of 4 were the right ones, but are very poor quality and after 3 to 4 washes start to look old. I complained I went online and I did research about THIS COMPANY AND ABLE TO GET THIS 8FOUR FIVE five2one 𝘴𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯2𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘪𝘷𝘦 I REACH THE COMPANY REGARDING MY CRAP, GARBAGE ORDER WHICH I GOT FINALLY THEY PROVIDE ME E SHIPPING INFO ON MY ORDER I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP DESIGN, CHEAP LOOK CLOTHING TO THE COMPANY Save yourself the time and hassle and order somewhere else.

I've ordered clothes for around 110 USD and then I haven't received any information on my order except invalid link of order tracking site - they told me via email to check it because my order was shipped. The site was not working so I googled that and I found out that site is fake and used by scammers.

Right after that I went to read feedback here and I immedietly texted them and told that I wanted to cancel my order. They told me it's on the way, they can't do that. I then told them that order tracking site doesn't work. Then there was silence for few days. I've decided to text them again and guess what, email can't be send because email does not exist or there are problems with their site's domain or whatever.

So after that I texted them via Facebook page. They told me it's technical issues and told me to be patient. Anyway. I kept on demanding my money for month almost everyday and they told me to be patient like a million of times. They finnaly send me my money back only after I told them that EU laws protects me and I will report them for the institutions.

So of course, items were not sent, even though they send me an email week after the order that it was send.

I tell you, people, it is a fake site, these people are SCAMMERS. Don't give them your money!

Horrible experience with this company. I don't know how they sleep at night lying about their cheap polyester products. Buyer beware!

Absolute scam. Impossible to communicate with them. Website glitched, charged me and no order came through. Impossible to discuss this problem - only communication was automated messages which got the issue no where. Devastated.

Ordered a dress from comfylinen, then later was shopping on Etsy and saw the exact same dress. Contacted the Etsy seller, comfylinen has stolen their images and does not have their approval

I’m thankful I “only” wasted about $100. $100 is a lot of money to me. I ordered some wool looking leg warmers. When I got them they looked like spandex. None of the clothes I ordered looked anything at all like the photos on the site, but the leg warmers were seriously laughable. I sent the company photos of what I received and the photos of what I THOUGHT I had ordered. They said the product was fine and offered me a discount on a future order. No thanks.

I am soooo pissed... Ordered 100$ worth of leggings and shirts. That was 8 months ago....still nothing. TOTAL LIARS AND THEIVES.....Worst FAKE COMPANY EVER..
