They are the worst company that you can…
They are the worst company that you can buy anything! They only lie ! The quality of their things is the worst quality you can imagine, their customer service is terrible, I ordered a table and 6 dinning chairs in their shop in (Norsborg Stockholm) their own staff registered my ordered and 8weeks later the table was wrong color and damaged , the chairs missed something on them too I tried to cancel it since I had to wait for another 8 weeks for new product but they didn’t accept and they said if you want to cancel now then you have to pay 2/3 of the Amount of the total bill for us to come get the wrong items !!!! Otherwise let the wrong items be in your place till the next 8 weeks when we deliver the correct one &then we take the old ones! After 8 weeks they delivered the new one but as I said full of scratches, miss colored and really terrible quality! But unfortunately I didn’t have the energy to fight them more than that!
All their products has full of scratches and partially miss colored. Their business model is that they show beautiful pictures with good price to get the customer buy their product and then they deliver all the defected furniture and worst quality that has nothing to do with what you saw and ordered.
