Line Friends not giving full refund.

Line Friends is going out of their way to not give me a full refund. I ordered a BT21 plushie for a friend's Christmas gift, and it was marked delivered before they canceled the delivery because my apartment was marked as "vacant." USPS processed return to sender before the investigation I requested was finished and now Line Friends is trying to charge me a $15 restocking fee because my "address is invalid." They asked me to provide proof of address, but are rejecting my proof because the optional suite number is not listed on my mail. The street number is the exact same as the unit number.

Honestly it was my first time buying…

Honestly it was my first time buying online since I live in nyc and I could just go to the store in person.They had a great online holiday sale, so I just decided to buy a few stuff. Shipping took forever, it was suppose to be 3-8 days. It too my package over two weeks to come to my house. Normally I wouldn’t care because I know delays happen, but my box was opened! Someone cut open my box from either dhl or usps did it. I’m annoyed about it because who honestly likes receiving an opened package on their front steps. I don’t think I’ll buy from their online shop again, I’ll just go in stores.

Line Friends Did Not Ship My Order

I ordered from them last year but I never got my order. I verified that they can ship directly to PH and my order went thru however after more than a month, I still didn't get my order. The status of the shipment remained the same - as if they never shipped it. They created the label but did not actually ship my item.

Their customer service was fast enough to resolve my concern though so I'd give it to them for that. I got refunded right away.

So while the items are legit and authentic, I must say their shipment process and probably their whole logistics is a bit messed up. I've not tried ordering again anymore though.

Worst Shipping and Slowest Company in Shopping History....

- Authentic LINE products
- Really good deals during sales
- Shipping is horrible and will cost as much as 80% of my order, not including customs/duties and is not even express shipping, makes absolute no sense for a large corporation when small business owners are capable of shipping worldwide for a small standard price
- First order went fine (received within 10 days from California to Toronto)
- Second order took almost 3 months to arrive as it re-routed through Germany; absolutely no response from LINE when I contacted them.
- Third order, has been ordered over a month ago. It's been stuck 'pending' with no movement. Received a general and vague email apologizing for delays due to "volume of sales". For the scale of this company I'd expect faster service and more details to their customers. Additional to them taking forever to pack the order, I'll still have to wait for it to ship to Canada, this is super frustrating.

Overall 2 stars for good products (considering this is the official LINE America website), and a good first time experience. All other factors are unacceptable for a large global business, better off buying your products from trusted retailers.

Package not shipped and wrong destination

Since this trustpilot asks for my recent experience, I'm giving them 1 star.
It's a real website that sells their Line Friends branded items.

My current 3rd package is in limbo with no help from Line Friends.
It been over a week and package has still not shipped.
Looks like they did the paperwork but it hasn't "shipped" and it says the destination is another state.
And I messaged them already 3 times.
I could have just went to pick them up since they ship out from Carson, Ca. Not far from me...

My first couple orders were ok.
Except for one of the orders, I would have liked my items in a box rather than the bag since I had some delicate things inside like a mirror.
