The website is good with a variety of yarns. When you buy customer service is good, but when you want to return some yarn then it's a problem. I've ordered three different yarns simultaneously and got order numbers for each. They were sent to me as one parcel. I want to return them but must buy a return label for each yarn (3 times £5.99 ) due to 'custom'. It seems 'custom' works one way only. AVOID
Update: I decided to return only one yarn and I was told that the order number doesn't exist in their system because it was an additional order. AVOID AVOID AVOID

First they send my order in packaging too large for Budbee box, then they sell out of one of the yarns and a circular needle (even though they’d just had the return of my order). Seriously disappointed as this is now 2 weeks later and still no yarn!

They were very quick to take payment
They were very quick to take payment, but now it has been over two weeks and still have not received my order. Customer service unhelpful, blame shiftrd around without promptly solving the problems. Will not order from them again or recommend.
