I recently used Lincoln Security to change the locks on my new home and was really impressed with the service. They recommended setting up one key for the garage, front door and back door, which is much more convenient than carrying multiple keys.

I also chose Lincoln Security to install an intruder alarm system. Richard carried out a thorough site survey and clearly explained the number of wireless PIR motion detectors required, along with key fob and control panel options. A quote followed shortly after, which was really helpful.

Matt and Jay completed the installation of the intruder alarm and camera doorbell in just a couple of hours. Matt took the time to discuss the placement of the alarm panel and PIRs in each room. I was also given a choice of alarm bell colours for the exterior, which was a great touch. I had asked in advance about a black option rather than the standard white, and they were able to accommodate this from existing stock, which complements the exterior of my home much better.

From the office, Lizzie, Kath, Trisha and Emma were all very helpful and kept everything running smoothly.

Overall, a professional and friendly team who made the whole process easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lincoln Security again and would highly recommend them.

Lincoln Security are a first rate organisation - their staff are experts in their field (as well as being extremely courteous and friendly). I had my existing alarm system upgraded - the senior engineer/technical manager really knows his stuff and his attention to detail is second to none. Told may take 5 days to get duplicate ABS keys. Not heard anything a week later so rang. Told someone would ring back - nobody rang. Now further 5 days. I rang them only to be told they have no record of my order and no keys hàve been ordered. Will not use them again.

I ordered some double euro locks and from ordering right through to the end result the staff and support was second to none and very helpful throughout.
Highly recommend.

I have used this firm on 2 occasions recently, first for a replacement intruder alarm, and secondly for sourcing a match for some 40 year old ironmongery.
