Reliable and courteous.

Car picked us up no problem. The driver was very rude when we arrived at our hotel presumably because we didn't tip him but I was led to believe this was already included in the price I had paid.

Both are drivers were excellent. Phone and email communication was always timely and very professional. We will be returning next year and know who we will contact for our transportation needs.

Drivers were on-time, easy to connect with via cell phone at airport, Limo's were clean. Driver's got us to downtown Manhatten and later during Fri night commute traffic to Newark airport in record time.

Definetly recommend Lincoln Limo and will use them on next trip to New York.

Very disappointed with the condition of the car that arrived. It was tatty, damaged and I felt a little embarrassed when we pulled up at the Mandarin Oriental in New York. I have only used Presidential Limos in Vegas before so if I benchmarked LL against them I would say that they have a long way to go to get near to the standard of cars they use. The driver was pleasant enough though.

The reservation process was very professional and when we arrived they were not there waiting and we ended up waiting 20 minutes, which was fine as it was a beautiful day. the driver was a lady who was dressed very casual with a football jersey on. The car was dirty and worn looking on the inside. there was a bag of rubbish in the back seat under my legs. the driver was on the phone for most of the journey into the city centre and was a very erratic driver to be polite about it! Not a nice experience and I would not use them again.

The driver picked me up from Newark airport about 35 min after my arrival! I don't pay this much money to stand on a curb in the freezing cold and wait for my car service. The car that arrived smelled like cigarettes so badly that I had to ride with the windows down. The car itself was broken in several places, and had stains on the floor, ceilings, and front seats. Not to mention the outside looked like it just drove through dirt. When I called to explain this to the manager he only reimbursed me $10. Worst car service I've ever taken.

We had some difficulty in finding the proper pick-up site but the driver was accessible and helpful. The service was otherwise superb.
