I’ve been pleased with the ease in making a reservation for transportation service. Syad was very courteous in explaining the details for the cost and the specifics as to where my driver will be located once I arrive at Union Station in DC. The invoices sent via email are clearly written and informational points are included. I feel reassured that my reservations are now confirmed and look forward to my upcoming trip. We made an appointment to have friends of ours picked up at BWI and brought to our home.
Syed, as always, has been a delight to work with, as in the days when we used them extensively when we flew more. The drivers are careful, competent, polite. The limos were always spotless.
All in all, much more sensible and reasonable than driving round-trip Towson-BWI and paying a week's parking!

These are my " go to" guys when I fly…
These are my " go to" guys when I fly in and out of BWI and have used them for years. Always punctual, professional and gracious to deal with. Today we had an unexpected family emergency and they were there
to pick someone up at BWI train station and bring them to Havre de Grace. I travel a lot and deal with many different services but appreciate that I can always depend on Limos for Less.
