I did a lot of research on the most trusted companies to purchase from and Limitless was one of the two that kept coming up. For a while an ordered from both companies but the customer service from Limitless was better. I appreciate transparency and they are transparent with the testing of their products. And when they recently got overwhelmed with orders after some recommendations from some high profile experts, they were communicative whenever I reached out about my delayed order. Did I almost order from another company because of the delay? Yes. But I waited a little longer and Limitless even reached out to me on one of the forums I’m on and thanked me for my patience as they got things sorted out. You can say you’ve had a bad experience with their customer service or that you don’t like their product, but they are definitely not scammers. As a former business owner, I understand sometimes things happen. It shouldn’t reflect on the product or intention of the company.

I’ve been ordering from Limitless since 2018 and have always received the best customer service. If you have an issue they will always go above and beyond to fix it.

I've been using Limitless for several months now and have placed probably 10-12 orders with them. Shipping has always been fast, orders are accurate and the prices are fantastic, especially considering they do 3rd party testing. I almost exclusively use them now due the above and the fact they carry almost everything I need to order. Everyone I've talked to there, including the owner, has been super nice and helpful. They even fixed an order I messed up without question. I 100% recommend them.
