They charge you $25 for FedEx 2 day shipping and get around to processing your order in 2 days - after I sent an email- THEN they “ship” it, however, at this moment FedEx still hasn’t received the package. Don’t pay for FedEx shipping. I don’t do repeat business with businesses like this.

I purchased Adamax and tesofensine. Shipping was fast. I didn’t notice any affects from the Adamax nor the tesofensine. I thought maybe be I wasn’t a responder to neither until I tried another source, which I’m glad I did. I used a full bottle of this limitless tesofensine hoping it needed time to build up. The first day I took the other source’s product and I could feel almost instant energy and focus. Not sure what was in the capsules but it wasn’t tesofensine. $250 wasted

This is, hands down, the best peptide company I’ve ever worked with! The service they provide is exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the support and guidance I’ve received. The results I’m getting are nothing short of amazing! I’ve been using their products for over a year now, and every step of the way, I’ve experienced noticeable improvements in my health and well-being.

Ordered a couple peptides for specific research. The price would have been decent, had the products been what they say they are…
Had less than desirable results. When trying to figure out why, I did some more digging, and found the directions they send with orders, weren’t specific enough, according to many other sources. Specifically, their mixing directions just tell you to mix them. The other sources I found stated that they had to be mixed in a very specific way, as to not ruin your product.
When I asked them about this, I was told they can’t give any information. When I asked about their “Satisfaction Guarantee”, I was told that they do have one. However, in order to receive any sort of guarantee, the products would have to be unopened. Which, I’m sure you can guess, is an impossibility to have unopened items, and also know that you will have unacceptable results, per your research.
As per customer service at Limitless Life, they do NOT offer any sort of “money back guarantee”. They will only refund unopened vials.
So, make sure you don’t buy large amounts, even if they are on sale, before testing for yourself. And, DO NOT TRUST their directions list. It isn’t complete, and will lead to ruined product, if you mix it their way. They will also not confirm their directions… just send a page of instructions to you.

I have been shopping with Limitless Life which is not limitlessbiotech for many years now, they have always gone above and beyond. They have the best quality USA made peptides which is important considering the amount of endotoxins that can occur with cheap Chinese peptides. Considering I use peptides for improving my health I don’t mind paying a little more for the best quality.

I just called Limitless Life Nootropics bc I had purchased cerebrolysin from them a few months ago and froze it, not knowing it’s not recommended for that research pep. Their CSR Brian was quite snarky and condescending to me.

He claimed the insert they give about storage says freezing only applies to lyophilized peptides. Which it doesn’t. I read him the entire paragraph. I suggested they put a note saying that freezing doesn’t apply to all of their products. And he took no responsibility for anything. He spoke to me as if I was an ignorant person. I got so frustrated that I said I was done speaking to him bc he took no responsibility or had any kind of service-oriented attitude.

I was already done with them bc of their pricing is higher than another research company that has great customer service.

I placed and order 3 weeks ago, card was charged, and since then, crickets. Sent 2 emails with no response. Getting real close to disputing the charge on my card. Limitless did reach out after the review and apologized. The product was on backorder and I received it shortly after it was in stock. They did make things right.

Initially, the package got stuck at an airport in Europe, but the company managed to solve this issue in record time. Additionally, the product is of really great quality.

Limitless has awesome research products. I've purchased semax and selank which have been amazing for executive function, drive, mental focus. i also bought PE-22-28 Peptide which eased depression so much i was in stunned. Really I've been in awe about all 3 but especially semax and PE-22-28.

With my first purchase I had a little trouble preparing the products for the nasal sprayers and some trouble reaching someone on their support line. I found their written instructions confusing even though i have a doctoral degree (not in lab work or science though). But the next day they emailed me. Then i was able to reach someone through the support number, and that person was very helpful.

These products mentioned scored way above all the pharma products for the same issues I'd tried for the last several years. i know that's vague, but just do your own research. It's been well worth the financial investment.

product was shipped and definetely had some sort of effect that i wasnt expecting to receive off of the kpv I got. Later on through more research over the product I found alot of my results to be popular and stopped taking the product. Overall they did what they were supposed to do so all is well.

Con:
International shipping can be expensive. But if you choose the cheapest option (USPS) it can take about two weeks to deliver. My order arrived on 13 days so I am not mad about it since it didn’t take extremely long.

I ordered on Monday night and received my package Thursday (They ship from Florida, I'm in Michigan). I picked the cheapest standard shipping. I checked my proof of delivery and it showed they gave my the more expensive 2-day shipping.

They always go above and beyond. Orders have well written instructions. With my orders of AOD 9604 and ARA 290 (which doen't reconstitute well in the standard 4mL vials), they included extra 10mL vials and even larger reconstitution needles.

No other company is so considerate. The only thing they could do to do more is to include reconstitution solution.

I’m normally not the type to person who leaves reviews (good or bad) but your teams’ customer support has been above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced, regardless of industry or product. The quick response times, speedy delivery, product quality… all of it, EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. Probably doesn’t mean much, but as a ‘regular Joe’ I will be a life long customer!!

Within 5 days of using theirvBPC 157 product I suffered a pulmonary embolism and am now on blood thinners. Doctors could not figure out what caused it because I was in perfect health and none of my health history gave any indications that would cause my condition. Their opinion was it was the injections were the likely culprit.

So this will probally get deleted but to whomever does read this. DON’T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their products are bunk from head to toe. I ordered bpc (which i have used before from other companies) and let me tell you this did not have an ounce of bpc in it. I did not feel ill either so it was most likely just empty or filled with some sort of salt. I then went to the group on facebook where the owner apparently in it and made a post about it. What happened? I got tossed out of the group asap. Do yourself a favor and find another company. Whatever you do don’t buy from here.

I simply said that you guys got me good as i bought it because alot of people were vouching for you. I should of been hesitant after knowing you did “paid” reviews where people could win a gift card or something for reviewing you. I have for a second time written your customer service and not heard a single thing back from you.

I made an order, which was unfortunately lost due to customs shenanigans.
It was absolutely no fault of LLN, but when I informed them they were incredibly helpful.
A class act. 100% would order again.

Will adjust this review if I get a good response, I've heard great things about this company so I'm wanting to make my first ever purchase but wanted certain questions answered first so I've been in touch but it's now a week later and still not got a reply despite their automated email saying they'll reply back within 24 hours, it's been 7 days now. I'm abroad in UK so I know any order would be a wait in itself which is why I need to order asap so I have to give lowest rating at present and will adjust if and when warranted.

Limitless did eventually get in touch via email on 10th but it was 6 days later and likely only because I had to send several other emails saying I'd had no response, but they did respond and that's a positive, however the person who responded did say...

"I apologize for the confusion regarding your last message. I will make sure to reach out and find out the reason for the delay in response"

They apologized which again is a positive, however they have still not got back in touch to say the reason which is what they themselves said they would be doing, so this promise to me has not yet been met and judging it is now 14days later I highly doubt they will be so this is a negative for now.

Aside all the above the owner has also been in touch with me which is kind of him to do, this is also a positive, however we have had to agree to disagree on a few things but this is neither a positive nor a negative as this is just a disagreement which is fair to both sides, he has also been helpful about some dosing questions, again this is a positive, but there is a few unanswered questions that seem to potentially being dodged but that is not a certainly at present so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt for now, I do believe he strives for a very positive business overall and there is a few positives now which I've now noted above but transparency is important for me and at present some possible behaviours are not giving me that feeling of full transparency just at this stage, never the less I have ordered some limitless products but that is due to the positive reviews of others and not due to my personal experiences but due to the further positives I will add another star to my previous low score review, so to sum up it's moved in a positive direction but I will again amend either way based on future experience.

I have ordered 3 times now from Limitless and it had been nothing but positive. I get instant emails notifying me of every step of my ordering process and shipping… I do choose the more expensive express shipping option which may influence the fast turn around and customer service, but clearly it’s worth it. Product has been as advertised every time.

I've placed two orders so far with them. The first one there was the order wasn't processed right away for some reason but when I contacted them they expressed ship at no charge to me to make up for it. I've seen the owner post many times on some of the peptide forums I frequent and he generally cares about his company and his products helping people get better. I'm getting good results from their peptides I'll keep ordering from them and can recommend them confidently.
