Overall, I am happy with the product. My review is based on 3 aspects; the product, delivery and customer support.
Product: I bought the Knee Support Brace, it is very good and it is helping me train with my terribly injured knee. I do Taekwondo so the sport is very taxing on the knees. For the product I would give 5 stars.
Delivery: Sadly I did not receive the product when I needed it most; I had injured my knee and needed it within few days as I had a competition and a grading coming up, which meant I had to keep training with an injured knee for a couple of weeks. I received the product after both events passed, and now I am using it for a much less intensive training. For delivery I will give them 2 stars.
Customer services: Their customer services support is excellent. It is actually what turned my overall experience from, potentially, very negative to positive. They were very responsive to me, and they compensated me very generously without me having to ask for it. I do feel that the company could improve by making sure there will be no issues with delivery when posting the items. For customer service support I will give them 5 stars.
I would order from this company again in the future, and I would recommend the knee brace to my friends and family.
Product turns up after I required it despite paying for express shipping and I’ve never seen such a sad looking then when it actually arrived.
I now need to cover shipping to then the stupid things back. Would not darken their door again.

I bought two knee support braces, the communication with the seller was great until I received them and realised the product is a complete rubbish, thick, cheap, uncomfortable and ugly. I returned them immediately. The parcel was delivered, I tracked it. I’ve been trying to contact them for days. The phone calls go directly to voicemail, no one replies to my mails and messages. I filled their online contact form as well - nothing. They ignore me completely. I called my bank and opened a dispute. Scammers.
