Support ignores all Contact options. Products never ship

I found this shop in November 2023 They seemed to sell nice high quality looking self spinning metal spinning tops. I bought one and they never shipped it. Support is unreachable through all contact options for months.
I sadly told friends about the nice looking spinning tops, and they too got scammed too. I'm so sorry.

I'm in a different country, but someone in the USA or Israel should start a lawsuit against this fake shop.
