I feel compelled to update my review of limbic following phone call I received today from a professional.
Although I maintain that originally dealing with a bot and being asked lots of questions to identify minority grouping was anxiety inducing, I have no complaints whatsoever about the lovely 'real' person who phoned me this morning. The phone call was made to identify the type of help I would like but the lady was also lovely, professional and empathetic and a plan was agreed so that I can access the right help.

Easy questions and reassurance there is help available

Calm and not to pushy really worked for me as I’d have struggled to answer these questions otherwise.
