This is the worst online store ever
This is the worst online store ever. Don't waist your time, money and nerves. Item was of a very low quality, so decided to send it back. However, return label didn't work and customer service haven't respond to any of my emails. Now I'm stuck with an item I'll probably never use....

I ordered shoes here for €48,- and they never arrived. I'm only a 17 year old so this was a LOT of money for me! The customer service also did not respond to me!

Really low quality of some products seems like they are from some turkish bazaar...
Also they sent me a wrong size.
Customer service really unprofessional, now waiting for an answer a month...Received an answer not to send inquiries from one of the CS agents Babette...

Impossible to register, tacky site, stay away from it!!
Impossible to register. Tried it with multiple e-mail accounts on different days. I simply cannot make a purchase?? I sent Limango an email about this, but they still haven’t answered yet. I think it’s one big fraud, badly organized. And the special offers seem to nice to be true. So my conclusion is: stay away from Limango. Something’s not right!!!

I ordered 3 items and paid a one time delivery kost of E3,95. Items came in 2 different time. Delivery was slow. I returned all 3 items. Limango charged me 3x E5,70 for the delivery kost. This is just rediculious! I have decided to stop ordering completely from Limango.

Wrong sizes (some strange system - not EU, not inches). You pay first for the delivery and then have to pay 5.7 euro for the return. They do not even try to set correct sizes

I was a little bit hesitant to order from Limango after reading so many bad reviews but I had a good experience with them for the first time. I've got a good product with a nice discount, delivery was fast. I am very satisfied.

Unreliable! Very poor customer service.
I have been a regular Limango customer for several years. While always slow to deliver on orders it appears their ability to deliver has deteriorated seriously over the past months. Customer service is simply poor; responses to enquiries about missing shipments can take over a month! This is a site you probably want to avoid altogether!

The service at Limango is horrible!!
The service at Limango is ridiculously terrible to be honest!! First I receive the wrong order, then I am told the product I ordered wasn’t available anymore. I receive a a quick apology and a promise of €15 kortingvoucher on my account for the mistake made. I thought lets give them one more change and order something else. Guess what. No €15 voucher on my account available. Emailed klantenservice once again because you can’t contact them by phone directly. Guess what. Still waiting for a reply... still no jacket, no voucher, nothing but BAD SERVICE!! I am truly and utterly disappointed with Limango’s service!

Poor service
Our returned package was staying in their warehouse for 2 weeks and no one made a move to process the refund until we called them and asked to do so. Customer service agent sounded tired and not interested.
Not going to use their site again.
