I ordered 2 goose down cushion inners…

I ordered 2 goose down cushion inners at a cost of NZD211.00. The most luxurious filling possible and the most expensive. Instead I received only 1 inner and the filling was ordinary feathers with only 5% goose down. The cheapest filling and certainly not luxurious. After many communications they refuse to sort out the problem and even say they cannot help because I am an overseas customer.

Ordered a item it never came

Ordered a item it never came, got a replacement if they sent it in first place so it took extra long to come.

When it came too late for the event i Sent the item back for a refund under the distant sellers regulations unopened and they kept the money and the item.

Returns policy

Ordered a gilet for daughter for Christmas. After Christmas she decided she didn't like it so we returned it immediately. Company received it and then contacted us to say returns policy 14 days with NO EXCEPTIONS over Christmas. Paid £6 to send item back, then they've changed £2.30 for me to get item back from them. Will never use them again and suggest you don't either.

exchange period policy during Christmas

I bought a gilet for my daughter for Christmas and the fit was horrible, not like shown on the website.
I’m stuck with it as the Exchange policy during Christmas period is also 15 days. That’s totally unacceptable !

If you buy in advance for Christmas, then you can’t return It as the 15 days start to count when you order until they get it. Post is slow during this time and that should be taken into account.

I will never buy from this shop again!

The worst experience ever!!!!!

Rarely reply to my emails I’m so sorry but I’m never going to order from this website again, it’s assured.

After 3 weeks my order didn’t arrived yet it’s a nightmare I hope they don’t arrive in the next century lol!!
