I had such a lovely experience with…

I had such a lovely experience with this jewellery brand. I needed to exchange a gift from my partner, and they couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was the care they took -they made sure the new locket still contained the exact same photo of our daughter, which meant so much to me.
The whole process was incredibly easy, and their team was so responsive and genuinely friendly at every step. On top of that, they sent everything back free of charge, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Fantastic service and brilliant goods

Fantastic service and brilliant goods. I bought a pendant for my wife, but I picked the wrong size chain. I contacted Lily Blanche to exchange, and got a very fast reply, with details on how to exchange etc, nothing was too much trouble and hassle free and the change over was completed within a week. Now I have a very pleased wife with a lovely piece of jewellery. Will definitely use them again, excellent.

I am still waiting for my refund after you left my parcel in my dustbin to be collected by the bin men. Thankyou for your reply lilly blanche.
Yes you did indeed show me evidence of delivery which consisted of a photograph of the parcel at the bottom of a dustbin. One again how is dumping a parcel in a dustbin proof of delivery????

This is the second 1 star review you have left for the same order. You claim the order was not delivered but Royal Mail has provided proof of delivery.

All of our orders are sent fully tracked, and our couriers provide regular SMS and email alerts to customers, allowing them to manage the delivery and reschedule if they are not in. You were emailed immediately after the order was delivered on November 29, alerting you to the delivery. You first contacted us on December 14 to say you had not received the order, and we started our investigation.
Royal Mail provided us with both GPS data and photographic evidence confirming that your parcel was delivered. The photographic evidence shows the Lily Blanche order sitting alongside other deliveries from retailers such as Amazon.
We immediately offered to send a replacement necklace to you by Special Delivery, and we had this ready to go before Christmas. This was conditional on the return of the completed declaration form, which is part of a new anti-fraud initiative. We offered this in several emailable formats to assist you. We are disappointed that you chose not to complete the form and allow us to resolve the matter for you.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and are sorry we could not resolve this for you on this occasion. We are always here to help customers who are willing to work with us to resolve issues.

I've purchased from Lily Blanche before and was truly impressed with everything, from the 'About Us', my purchase, the delivery and after care. I would encourage customers and potential customers alike, to take the time to read the 'About Us' which gives such a grounding insight into how this company was born, developed and continues to bloom. The website is honest in its presentation of products but it does not lack warmth. From the descriptions to the photographs, everything is about being informative and helpful to anyone considering buying. The jewellery is imaginative, beautiful and there is something for everyone regardless of personal budgets. The website is easy to navigate and provides a very swift 'contact us' service with responses which are friendly and always reassuring. I've said it previously and it still prevails, when your purchase arrives it is like a 'warm hug from a dear friend'. The manner in which it is wrapped, the care taken is obvious and the gentle waft of a Scottish scent invites you to just inhale and enjoy and this is before you actually see your wonderful purchase. I purchased a gold chain with an initial on for one of my daughters. She now how two chains with the initials of both of her daughters, my granddaughters. I wrote to the Lily Blanche team for reassurance I had ordered the correct initial and this was still in the midst of the holiday period. I did not expect to receive a response so quickly but they did and that reassurance, I think is what perhaps sums up Lily Blanche. Reassurance that your purchase is important. Reassurance that care will be taken with it and reassurance that should anything go awry, you are in safe hands. Thank you Lily Blanche for making me and once again, members of my family, smile.

Order came very quickly

Order came very quickly, and communication on delivery was excellent. The diamond and gold initial pendant received is very pretty and very competitively priced in the sale and my daughter loves it, but the gift box looked a bit cheap and didn’t do the item justice. Changing the bag from shiny to matte and improving the finish on the box would be more fitting for the quality of the jewellery.
