Beware on-line shops with only e-mail as contact mode
While on-line shopping is becoming more popular, beware companies like this one who leave only an e-mail address to contact them - they can, and in my experience will, ignore your e-mails if it suits them. Short story - delivered faulty product, asked for a replacement. They picked it up, presumably checked it was faulty, and then delivered a replacement. It was also faulty. Did not trust them to deliver another replacement so asked for a refund. They refunded only the product cost, not the postage. My view is they should have put me 100% in pocket given they delivered two faulty items. Wrote them an e-mail to say so, they ignored it. Wrote them to say I would post a review on them. they ignored that too. They don't deserve the minimum one star I had to give here.
