Ripped easily - app

I like the diapers, but they can rip from one side very easily, specially if your baby moves roughly while you are changing, so better not use a lot of strength.
Also the app is so bad 👎 I struggle every time I want to change the date for delivery, it always says: error, so I need to open the web if I want to do some changes.

TOTAL SCAM: keep charging me for repeat orders I never signed up for.

I made a large one time order from Lillydoo Switzerland and have now been charged two extra deliveries of repeat orders I never signed up for.

I had requested for this to stop when it happened the first time but it keeps continuing with no response from the company.

I am due to give birth in 4 days and I’m spending my time contacting my bank and dealing with administration and loss of money. It feels like such a scam and added stress.

I had liked the nappies but now because of this experience I will be buying another brand here that is equally as good. It’s just shocking that such a big company can do this.

Mothers due to give birth have enough to worry about than having to chase utter scams like this. The company should be ashamed of themselves and I advise anyone to stay clear of this company and their website.

SLOW AND UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had a subscription with Lillydoo for the past few months and everytime I have had an issue their response is to ignore my emails for days (if answered at all).

The most notable ocasions were when I tried to modify and cancel two separate orders. In both cases, I contacted the company minutes after the automatic orders went through.

They ignored my emails for so many days that by the time they answered the nappies were on their way.

In the last case I am still trying to get my money back.

I would like to clarify they don't offer an order cancellation option as others retailers do, so email is the only option to let them know them. They have an app but only works in German despite having websites in different languages. I emailed them to see if the language could be changed, but as usual my email was ignored.

I don't recommend anyone to use this service as the quality of the nappies it's not particularly outstanding and dealing with them if there are any issues it’s not worth the hassle.

Of course, we do not ignore any customer mails, but as we are having a higher volume of customer care requests during the past months, it sometimes takes a little longer.

It is correct that orders cannot be canceled after their creation, this is why we notify the customer several days before an automatic order is sent. Should an order be sent which is not needed by the customer, it can always be returned for free within 60 days after the purchase. Our LILLYDOO App is currently available in German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French as we are operating in the respective countries. However, our webshop is partially available in English too, and of course our agents are happy to solve any doubts you might have about our products and services also in English language.

Honestly crazy company

Honestly crazy company. After getting so many ads to try their free test diapers I finally did.

All good signing up, I assumed subscription starts automatically as it was mentioned together with a message that I said will be reminded before the end of the test period - I will get an email, so I can then decide if I want to continue or cancel.

On the day after the test package arrived, I get a massive box of 5packs of diapers and my account is charged 57€?????

Now I have to bring that back to the courier shop and I haven’t even tried the test diapers yet (which do not look great IMHO)
How much do you really care about the environment? It looks like you are really just trying to push volume even at the cost of senseless shipping around…
Even without trying the product I definitely won’t become a customer as their “sustainability” and main selling point is bs.

Love the products!!

I been ussing this diapers since my baby arrives and love how easy is change the size or change the time to recive them. I have some troubles with the company which send them , and when I comment it they have soon answer and make me feel heard. The postsell service is great.

The best service for new moms

The best service for new moms. You always have enough diapers in the drawer, and someone else is in charge of that. It frees up your time and mind so that you can focus on the little one. Highly recommended.

Great wipes terrible service!!!

Great wipes, terrible service. Ordered wipes through reseller but were 25% more expensive, smaller than thinner than in previous order. Apparently there is a quality difference between green and purple, but rather than helping me exchange for the right ones, I was told to return, get refunded and order the correct ones. The correct ones are now 50% more expensive than before.
Being allowed to return and get refunded is not service it’s basic consumer rights.

Many resellers offer the exchange service as you describe it if you want to receive a different product as no direct exchange is possible, you always need to return the products first to get a refund and then order new products at the current price. We are sorry to hear that you do not value the service of the reseller, please feel free to contact them to suggest a different service on their web shop.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. The website doesn’t work most of the time. I ended my Abo and the sent me the diapers (150) despite me writing to them that I don’t need them and that my child is no longer wearing diapers, charged chf 58. I was told I can return the package ( which I didn’t need to begin with) , no return label sent and the return can’t be registered online , error message. The company doesn’t even seem to care that the package is going back and forth.

Everything is great

Not absorbent enough

In my case, they are not absorbent enough for my baby. They have a really nice design and are rather soft. But when I tested them at night, they leaked a lot. And when we used them throughout the day, they usually couldn't hold a poo. I thought I was putting them on wrong, but it happened also whenever my mom or my mother-in-law changed him. The wipes were pretty dry. I obviously don't expect them to leak or anything, but they were very, very dry.
