This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS! The material is CHEAP! UGLY!! Sent from CHINA and they do NOT REFUND you after multiple requests!! They offer 30% back on your purchase..that’s it! HORRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE & TERRIBLE PRODUCTS!!

never delivered the 4 dresses bought, claimed it was delivered, numerous back and fourth for month, never refunded. Otherwise received 1 item not at all as described, not organic and not resembling anything close to the picture, this is a SCAM

Terrible quality and shape of ‘cashmere’ jumper and impossibly complicated refund process. This is a total scam!

My dress was delivered to my address, unfortunately it was frankly, stolen from the door. Lilaboutiq was very helpful with my situation and replaced it! I am very appreciative of the service and courtesies I received.

Don’t use this company. Terrible quality and impossible to return for refund. The jumper looks nothing like images or description. I can only pass on to a charity shop or bin it. They deserve 0 stars. Given every other review is similar to this how they continue trading?

My delivery went missing due to no fault of the amazing team at Lilaboutiq and the order was replaced without question... even checking that the size and colour originally ordered was still my first choice.
The team were courteous and helpful at all times and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend Lilaboutiq.

This company is a complete scam.

The products they advertise on their website are nothing like what arrives. And if you ask to return them they offer you 30% rebate and discourage you from sending them back. On further investigation I discovered you are asked to pay the full cost of returns to China and various other charges too. And will only get your refund if the products arrive - who knows what would happen.

I may get the 30% back because of course I'm not going to risk sending them back and paying even more. But perhaps after leaving this review I won't get paid.

I can't even sell my items on Ebay or any other site because I couldn't mislead buyers. I'll be giving away the items to a charity shop. Perhaps I will have saved money by learning a lesson. Be very careful about what you buy online in terms of checking reviews first.

This isn’t just about being conned. It’s about real environmental harm — cheap, disposable clothing dumped into landfill.

Please don’t buy anything from this store. Although they advertise a “30-day cooling-off period,” it’s essentially impossible to use it. I purchased a sweater that was advertised as cashmere, but what I received was clearly not cashmere — it felt completely different from any real cashmere I've owned.
When I contacted them to return the item, they offered me a 25% discount if I kept it. Since I had no use for a fake sweater, I asked for their return address. Not only do they require customers to pay for return shipping, but the address they provided couldn’t even be found on Google Maps.

After a few email exchanges, they eventually stopped responding altogether. I lost $250. I really wish I had known this was a scam before making the purchase.

My garments did arrive after nearly 3 weeks, but the material is very cheap and poor-the type that makes you sweat. Would not use them again.

If I could give this Company zero stars I would. The merchandise looks nothing like the photos. The garments are absolutely awful. They do not allow you to return them. Do not be fooled like I was!

Spent $70.00 on a shirt that was made with cheap material, Polyester and Spandex. However it does not specify the material on the website when ordering. Shipping took a long time. Once the item was received the fit was poor. I ordered XL to give extra room for broad shoulder and it still didn't fit. I requested a refund through their email as requested on the website. They responded within one day that I would only receive 30%refund. Return shipping cost was at my expense. Do not be fooled. Very poor quality and no returns if the fit is poor or you don't like the item.

I have never seen such poor quality clothing (cheap poly fabric, not even minimal finishing, which will not last.
The website makes it seem like a real boutique in the USA. It took two weeks to get my stuff from CHINA and it arrived at a warehouse near JFK.But the "main office in Asia" is a huge red flag that I did not see before I ordered. The phone listed on the website is disconnected.
I have learned a lesson.

Very disappointed in the quality of the clothing, they have not responded to a request for return and refund, I needed to go to my credit card company. They said they would give a 25% discount if I kept the clothes as return would be very expensive. Read the entire return policy!
BEWARE!!!! ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL DEPARTMENT IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

This is a right out scam company. Quality of the products is not what they sell, they are made from acrylic. Please don’t be fooled and pay for under quality overpriced jumpers.

I ordered a cardigan originally worth around 150€ ..down to 65€ ..supposed to be made with premium quality material but in fact it is made with 95% polyester and 5% elastane !! The finishing and sewing around the shoulders is very low quality ..and won't last long ! Only the design is nice.
That cardigan shouldn't cost more than 25€ .
That outlet is a total facade ..using a French name and pretending being of best quality ! It is a real rip-off at that price !
Do not buy from the Lilaboutic ! It is extremely deceptive .

Terrible quality product and awful customer service. Been months since I requested a refund and nothing received, despite sending numerous emails, photographs and even a video clip of the item/issue.
